"An old-school boutique hotel with facilities from the last century. The lighting is dim, and they are all powered by incandescent lamps that consume electricity! The track is not smooth, and the curtains are very difficult to pull up and shake around. Shower water volume is average. Not recommended!"

"Staff service is fine, breakfast is fine, location is fine, no toiletries & bring your own. No water kettle. There are non-stop complimentary coffee and tea, though. Parking lot is very limited, get there early and do not drive out afterwards."

"Outside the odense city, the train station takes a taxi for about 300 kronor. Please note that odense city has no uber and bolt services and needs to book taxi to pay by credit card. The hotel is large, but the facilities are old and the bathroom is a bit smelly. In addition, the overall rules are quite satisfactory. After all, Europe is not running to experience the hotel."

"Modern and nice setup as this hotel is quite new. Breakfast was good with typical danish offerings. Could do with more options to be called a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Location is 15mins walk to city square area. Nearby with Netto supermarket. Room is ok but without toiletries and room amenities to comment. Basement parking but be WARNED that only park with hotel black floor label. As if driver can see the floor black label from driving position on first visit to the carpark. The carpark lots around the hotel entrance at carpark is NOT for guests. And you have to pay parking within 4 minutes in this carpark else you will be fined near to 120 Euro. Unlike all other carparks I visited in Denmark where I only pay upon exit for the hours parked. This is street parking underground! I wonder who can complete hotel check in 4 minutes including taking a lift up to the lobby reception. This carpark management is out to scam first timers to this place maybe to keep those carpark inspectors employed."

"The breakfast was very good, the hotel was in an excellent location and the front desk service was very good. Provide disposable toiletries, a little surprised, very friendly to people on business trips in the eastern countries"

"Very clean, there is a TV to watch youtube Netflix There are stoves and tableware, and some of the cooking is there. You can wash it after you use it. The location is a bit far from the station but it is acceptable. The check-in method is also very simple. It is all self-service. It is OK to follow the instructions. Everything is satisfactory. The price is reasonable. But there is no air conditioning. My April weather is acceptable. The room is very warm."

"The hotel has a large yard, perfect for kids to play in. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we had to walk through water to get to our room from the yard. The kitchen is very spacious, making it easy to cook meals. I recommend having breakfast there for added convenience. One thing to note is that towels and bed linens come with an extra charge."
