"Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it."

"We have been here regularly for more than 15 years, so we know what to expect. This time we booked late, so the price was a little higher than usual. The location is perfect for trips to city center and the airport is the next exit from the highway. Parking is free and just outside the entrance. Rooms are simple but light and spacious. Despite being close to highway, train station and airport it is quite quiet. Breakfast is good and starts already at 5 o'clock.."

"Location is near airport, room is clean and tidy. Although it' was hot and without AC, the hotel provides each room a small fan, and it is feeling cool enough during sleep. Staffs are friendly."

"Around 10mins walk from airport, no need to walk outside. And I like self check in and check out process. Room is clean and the bed is good for rest after 12hrs flight. Moreover, the breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommended this hotel."

"Tasty breakfast is available with comfortable seats. Near the window seats could see planes taking off and landing. There are free shuttle buses to the airport for guests to book in advance at the counter. Thanks to the staffs helping me get back my belongings left at the lobby !"

"Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes."

"Nice staff and good location. Fast food shop downstairs and a big mall in 5-10min walk.  Breakfast could be better if pots of hot water and boiled eggs are provided instead of needing to queue up for(my eggs are taken by others) And as I stayed 6 nights, I so much wish there may be alternatives like sausage or vegetables, no need to be daily but maybe in alternate days. Room are fine but I felt a bit itchy while sleep, wondering if it is clean enough."

"We have a great stay in Crowne Plaza Copenhagen tower. We love the bed as it’s firm , staff are friendly and helpful, Food with breakfast is fresh and warm with the hot option. One has few options to have so it’s really filling. We love the fact that they have complimentary bottled water and a kettle and fridge in the room. Its location is very accessible to the main city centre and the airport, so really good for commuting. We would really be happy to recommend to anybody and we love to come back and stay next time."

"I was in the double room, 17m2, for one night, paid around 700dkk. This size is more than enough for one person. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a small kitchen with microwave, plates, forks, knives, glasses (nothing to wash the dishes though). There are several towels, all in an area where we can store all our belongings. It is a very convenient and optimized room. As people say, the toilet/shower room is small but I thought it was enough for one person at a time. And it was clean. I needed a cheap room close to the airport and this hotel was at 2 Metro stops from the airport, so very good in terms of location. With a big mall across the street (many shops, restaurants, a big supermarket). The metro is also direct to the city centre, around 10min ride."
