My wife and I asked if we could view the adults only section of this hotel. We are currently staying next door at Dreams Hotel. A young man from the staff gave us a tour and explained the different room grades, showed us restaurants, pools, bars and several other amenities. The grounds and gardens are immaculate with many trees and grass areas wth seating spots dotted around . I have to say that evebody we passed by had smiles on their faces and seemed very happy . The rooms look great and well maintained within different settings, ie garden or main building. This hotel is superb and has class and is everything we would want and we will be booking. We would like to say a massive thank you Catalonia for allowing us to take a look. I have forgotten the young mans name that showed us around but he was very good at explaining everything to us and is a credit to your team. See you soon. Many Thanks , - David & Tracy.-

We stayed Dec 2024. When we pulled up and entered, we were shocked that the resort didn't really look like the pics as advertised. It was stated that the resort was new, but it wasn't. It was small and most of the staff struggled with English. Air conditioning did not work and had to fight to get a new room. The bed sank on one side so we had to sleep across the bed to prevent sinking more. Wifi was not working in the room. Had no hot water for 2 days. The staff definitely does not cater to their customers. If you want something you need to get it yourself. Was an overly disappointing stay for the price. The area outside the hotel isn't great and there is not grand lobby to hang out in at night and no place to go when it rained. The a la carte restaurants were terrible - food at the buffet was better. For the price - there are way better resorts in my opinion.

Good environmental protection

I have an upcoming booking for this hotel on 11/03-11/09, and so far the experience has been absolutely terrible without even staying yet. My wife, myself and my parents are booked for my sister‘s wedding that has 30+ guests. At first, the Hilton put us in the wrong hotel (family resort instead of adult resort), after claiming they had no rooms available at the adult resort even though they have multiple rooms available through the app, including upgrades. They told my sister- the bride, our 80-year-old father could walk back-and-forth in between resorts if he wanted to be with the family, which is 30+ guests. After multiple emails back-and-forth to several different managers from my sister and I, we finally got moved, never told and ignored via email when asked. I found out after I checked my Hilton app. Furthermore, as a gold member elite status they’re refusing to upgrade my room. They put me in the most basic room available. I have yet to be at one Hilton resort where I have not been upgraded me as a gold elite member. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times at the email address provided with no response whatsoever. As of this date, they have still failed to respond to me and continue to have me the runaround. They also failed to respond to my sister after trying to get confirmation that all of the guests are in the correct resort. As a gold member elite, I frequent several Hiltons around the world. I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel resort, and I have not even stayed there yet. They deny, refuse, ignore guests. I will be contacting corporate… Jeffrey Cox
