"I booked a family room with double bed&single bed , when I checked in at 4pm the single bed wasn’t there , I had to wait awhile for it , and the mini bar was completely off , they replaced it but it didn’t work properly, they replaced it again and the maintenance guy wasn’t happy and he banged the door , thanks to MR MINA the front office manager who sorted this straight away, breakfast & dinner same menu every day with a minimal difference for dinner , don’t know why , the chef can do many different varieties with the same ingredients ( in case he says there is a limit on food cost ) , the room doesn’t get cleaned properly, the corners in toilet full of dust and hair from previous guests, setting up a table in the restaurant are not professional, I had to get up to get napkins or spoons or forks because there was no one there to ask , some of the staff have a bad attitude, reception staff are helpful, I think u can do a much better turn over IF YOU HAVE AQUA PARK its great for families Not sure if I will return, I might give you another chance Thanks"
