"The assessment that I put a little overstated from the reality in which we were found. The room we were inhabited was not properly prepared: the bed was dirty and with strange hair, the door on the balcony was not open. While we were preparing for the room, we went to examine the hotel area and found that the huge pool and water rolls were closed for repair, although the hotel website did not mention it. I contacted Trip.com and requested the cancellation of the booking. Ultimately we were given an improved room at a small pool, near which there was no drink bar or crook and we couldn 't fully use our plan ”all included.” In addition, on the first day we didn 't have hot water in the shower and we had to go to a different room.
The pool and beach should formally work from 8:00, but at this time there was no rescuers or beach towels. There were also tables on the beach for personal things and drinks we ordered. The beach pier wasn't cleaned properly .
The restaurant was not diverse enough . There was no seafood and ice cream. The dessert was not delicious except for finger cake.
Perhaps the only thing that was on the height was the hotel staff. All of us smiled and wanted to help, and made our holiday the most comfortable and unforgettable. For that all the staff are great thanks. So did we like the SPA. It was comfortable and clean. The massages were performed professionally and on request."
"I was absolutely thrilled to have chosen this hotel. I'd walked the entire coast of Dahab and yet I couldn't find a more convenient location. If you, like me, appreciate cleanliness, comfort, quiet, and a friendly and helpful staff, you'll love this hotel. A huge advantage here is the lively, sometimes beautiful, reef right on the doorstep, a clean, well-equipped beach, and delicious, hearty breakfasts. It's a 30-minute walk to the center of Dahab. I snorkeled in the Blue Lagoon, and the Napoleon Reef is similar; there are no large fish anywhere. Turtles occasionally swim by.
The room is basic, with a kettle and refrigerator, and they provide 0.5 liters of water daily. I had a HB room, and it was delicious and varied—you could choose any dish from the menu for lunch or dinner.
The biggest drawback, of course, was the lack of internet in the room; I had to wait at reception. Overall, the vacation was a success, and I wish the same for you 🤗"
"The hotel is advertised as luxurious! But in fact: the cleaning is bad and they forget to clean... water flows under the tap, the staff does not make concessions. To any request they answer: NO!!! Everything is dirty and you will paw it. On the bed and doors the previous guests painted crosses with oil... In short, the service is 3!"
"The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. Beach and reef is good. There is some fish also but not that much. Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious.
Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total. And I got it last day I was in hotel.
Everything else is perfect!"
"Very good cheap hotel. It is right at sea .The room is decorated in original style .On the territory constantly cleaned. There is wi-fi all over the territory.Very good signal. The Swedish table is also good, for the level of such hotel .The only minus, This is what hot on the Swedish table brought to 7-30, when the 10 people have finished breakfast . Thank you for the reception!"
"The room is very clean. Everyone has a good service attitude. The hotel has bicycles for guests to use for free. There is also a free drum washing machine. It is about 500 walk from the beach. The lobby of the room has a lot of space. It can be very relaxing to smoke and rest there."
"The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room.
The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen.
The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise.
The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD). USD), the waiters Mr. Hussain and Mr. Kevolles were very willing to understand our situation and solved our problems. Thank them.
Suggested areas for improvement by the hotel include the following:
1. Increase the frequency of flights to and from Dahab Downtown
2. Improve power supply stability
3. Check the room equipment regularly. For example, the wash basin, toilet and hot water kettle in our room were all broken.
But Jaz Dahabeya made our stay wonderful. Great memories of Dahab."
"I like that hotel! It is very cosy and hospitable! Stuf are also friendly! Food is varied and delicies!
The area is being renovated, but they are trying to accommodate everyone away from this and we got an update room with a view and access to the pool!
Thanks fir evrth!"
