We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel. Only wondering why it has only 4 stars…..?! The design is incredible, everything very well thought of and in an overall clean and tidy state. We enjoyed having breakfast in the room as the views couldn’t be better. The restaurant “Olas” was very delicious with very attentive and friendly staff. We would always choose this hotel again. The walks along the seaside and to the castle are unforgettable.

As we were attending a family wedding here, we decided to stay in an apartment (villa) for a few days. We had a very warm welcome from the guy on reception, who was really helpful throughout our stay. The villas are all detached and very unusual looking as can be seen in the photos. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was incredibly spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. The complex is beautifully kept and fascinating to wander around. Although it was absolutely full, it was amazingly quiet most of the time. However, be warned that the weddings can go on until 3:00 and the noise is incredibly loud. We were attending one, so not complaining! The supermarket is about a 15 minute walk or very short drive away and the beach a 30 minute walk. The ancient pazo is fabulous inside and the grounds are beautiful. We didn’t have chance to eat there (4 days of family celebrations - anyone who has attended a Spanish Boda will understand the amount of food involved!) This hotel is where we will always stay midweek when in A Coruna in future.

Just checked out from a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. The location is fantastic - right next to Pontevedra and a short walk to the marina and old town. There are plenty of bus stops nearby too. The hotel is spotless and the rooms appear to have been recently upgraded. Our beds were so comfortable! I also made use of the gym facilities twice during my stay and it was great.

Nicely located Hotel more suited to Business Travellers not far to walk into the Town or if you want the Beach. I had advised that my plane was going to be late and would be arriving early on Monday Morning but night porter was aware and I checked in without difficulty. Well kept room that was cleaned every day. Only negative was they used to provide free alcoholic drinks along with Tea & Coffee during afternoon and early evening but now only Tea & Coffee is supplied along with fresh lemon water.

This hotel is nicely located across from the beach, the beach view was amazing and within walking distance to activities and restaurants/old town. Hotel staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. They spoke English very well (thank you) The room was very small and bare-bones. Pillow well used and bed small. No coffee pot or hot water for instant, and sp**** in amenities. No where to put luggage. Breakfast was just OK. ”Hot” items were not hot (eggs, etc). The bathroom was beautiful polished marble but extremely slippery even with a little moisture. The tub was also slippery and dangerous. There was a lot of noise from the grooming of the beach and picking up trash in the middle of the night.

We reserved by booking.com and because we were going to arrive late, called to confirm two bedrooms, one twin beds and one double bed. When we arrived there was only twin beds availability. The point is front desk employee was rude saying they couldn’t guarantee double beds because they are high demand, and that he didn’t know what the lady on the phone said or what we understood. In the end, the twin beds are together! The cleanness and accommodations are good and nice. This is an example of a really uncomfortable moment for the client that could easily be solved with kindness.

The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and very friendly, but it is not a good place to rest after a long journey. Unfortunately, we happened in the weekend and even though we came back late and our room was on the fourth floor, the rooms down continued to work, right, until morning, However, not considering the chiss created by their adventurers.... chili on the cake Monday morning we were very early wake up from works that seemed to be right in our room. It was not a very relaxing stay. Point for good position and neighborhood with the beaches.

Very attentive and friendly staff in all services. The totally central location next to the English Court and bus station. It's a pity the Sky-Bar is not open at the time of the stay and breakfast outside the buffet ranges from 5 to 9 euros, which seems a bit expensive to me. Better to hire the buffet at the time of check-in, which costs 12 euros.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is spectacular because 2 minutes walk from everything: the longshore, the Maria Pita Square, the old town, the sea moles, the roads with numerous places to be able to magic tapas and more, the market and the beach of Orzan. The most remote place can be the Hercules Tower that can be reached by taking a beautiful walk on the seaside of about 25 minutes.
Hotel is recently renovated, still very new, everything very comfortable.
Belen at the reception was professional to show me on the map what to visit, always available and with a smile, you can also use me with free water bottles in the refrigerator hall. If you arrive late and the reception is closed, do not worry about the clock to open the door and you will check in them by a monitor live !

GGuest UserHemos estado unos dias por Galicia este verano, y nos alojamos en este hotel por la cercania a La Coruña. Se encuentra a unos 8 o 10 Kmts de la Capital. Lo primero que ya ”chirria” es que nada mas llegar , te hacen el correspondiente registro y te hacen abonar la factura integra en ese momento. (Imagino que de no ser asi mucha gente se les iria despues de pasar la primera noche, nosotros lo hubiesemos hecho los primeros). Llegas a la habitacion y te encuentras una maquinita de cafe de capsulas donde un letrerito te indica que si quieres cafe tienes que bajar a recepcion y comprarlo, me parece muy cutre que en una habitacion que pasa de los 100 euros la noche (en verano) no tengan el detalle de dejar unas capsulas de cortesia que no salen ni a 50 centimos cada una. Lo siguiente que te encuentras es que si quieres utilizar la caja de seguridad, tambien tienes que pagar por ella (en fin, otro ”detalle feo”). Ahora vamos con la climatizacion. Los dias que estuvimos fueron autenticamente horrorosos de calor. No dispone de aire acondicionado por lo que nos pasamos las noches de ducha en ducha. Otro problema añadido, las persianas del hotel estan por dentro de las habitaciones, de manera que si dejas las ventanas abiertas de par en par para intentar refrescar la habitacion, entonces no puedes bajar las persianas, con lo que para dormir una de dos, o te axfisias en la habitacion o a las 5 de la mañana ya estas despierto con la luz que entra. Vamos ademas a añadir que las ventanas estan relativamente bajas del suelo de la calle, de un salto se accede a ellas, por lo que si dejas cosas en la habitacion que es lo normal, no puedes dejar las ventanas abiertas para que se ventile porque a lo mejor lo que te ventilan es a ti es parte del equipaje. En definitiva lo dicho, para NO REPETIR NUNCA.

SSteph_FR-BEWe booked there to visit the town of A Coruna. I was afraid that it would be a touristic summer place but instead we found a very pleasant and relaxed port city. The hotel is facing the sea and some sport grounds. The attractions in front are making some noise but well isolated by the double gazing windows. The hotel is also at 10 minutes’ walk from the fishing port. During that walk, you will find all sorts of restaurants, bars and ice cream places. The hotel itself is very calm even in summer and very spacious. The hotel has an underground parking but we always found spots in the nearby streets for free. The buffet breakfast fitted our needs. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very comfortable, very clean and very friendly, but it is not a good place to rest after a long journey. Unfortunately, we happened in the weekend and even though we came back late and our room was on the fourth floor, the rooms down continued to work, right, until morning, However, not considering the chiss created by their adventurers.... chili on the cake Monday morning we were very early wake up from works that seemed to be right in our room. It was not a very relaxing stay. Point for good position and neighborhood with the beaches.

RRojasRicardoThere are things to improve that may cost money. I don't get in there. It's true that prices are very cheap and that more can't be asked.
But there are things that are free and can give you the reverse to this business that has everything to win:
1) Knowing to delegate, as in the lucio home , the mayor has already to let the dresses be taken to the younger. (That man could teach us a hill of knowledge)
2) Basic hostel rules, repay drinks, ask customers if everything is okay, NOT put the second dishes at the same time.
3) Laugh+Education +Laugh+Laugh (comes on the pay ....we have a good day or not)
4) if I have a full dish I always come back with a vacuum
5) practice welcome and goodbye, both for whom asks for a nice and for whom asks for a cut.( The coffee may be back tomorrow for nice)
6)A mule for q the door of the hostel no cottages.
7) You have to try the food and watch every day if we pass from salt point .....for eg.
I'm sure that the business reality is a lot of information I don't know.
