GGuest UserHad a lovely chill out week, in this great hotel. Plenty of room in my suite, lovely decor/colour scheme. Lots of cupboard and drawer space, matteress and pillows were comfy. Only criticism, the metal toilet roll holder is to low and to close to the toilet on the wall. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed when I needed them to be. Restaurant is well laid out, except for the low lights above the tables. Witnessed many people banging their heads on them, including myself. Food was good at dinner time, i always found something I liked to eat. Did not agree with having to buy bottled water to drink, with evening meal though. I have been holidaying abroad 4 times a year for 20 years. And found the water was always left on from the breakfast machine and available free at dinner. I did find it unusual that there was certain veg served up at breakfast. Like, peas, sprouts, carrots, plus battered calamari from night before. Pool area was lovely and clean, but just a bit more attention paid to wiping the metal parts on the sun beds, as they were a little grubby. A big shout out for Paula on reception, she made us feel so welcome. Friendly, helpful, smiley, and a big asset to the hotel. Also another big shout out to Mosses in the dinning room, always greeted us with a smile and a few friendly words. Always on the go and we never saw him stand still once. I think promotion should be on the cards for Mosses as the restaurant manager. Also another hard worker that we noticed was Sofiane. He was so polite and a well mannered hard working young man. All in all, myself, my son, daughter inlaw 2 granddaughter's 2 and 7, and had a lovely stay. And will be returning next year.
