We celebrate a wedding in this place and we also chose to stay there (by using rooms). The restaurant's organisation of the celebration, inexpensive: the servants were very careful to the needs of both guests and those who are direct family of the boyfriends. Olee Holiday Rentals Torrox Costa was a lovely resort for a couple of nights on the southern coast of Spain, and it was outfitted well enough to stay much longer if you wanted. There was no direct access to the beach without walking down a hill and crossing a road, but the view from our apartment was a spectacular ocean view overlooking the resort's beautiful pool area. The apartment had two nice bedrooms with two really nice bathrooms. There was a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed the large, shaded balcony for reading and drinking coffee. And the meandering walkways and staircases really gave the complex an attractive presentation. It was extra convenient to have garage parking.

So, sure, the accommodation is a bit dated and basic. The bathrooms could be bigger but the shower was powerful. However, the one bedroom apartments are spacious especially the Lounge/ Kitchen and for a family of four, like us (kids aged 7 & 10) there was plenty of space even with the sofa bed pulled out. Having eaten in quite a few buffet’s, the food here (as most people have commented) is sensational! Such high quality, healthy, delicious meals. Everyday, there are at least two different types of fresh fish on the menu - I have tried so many, such as John Dory, Sunfish, Tilapia, Hake, Tuna, Cod….. Everyday, they have a roast alternating with all the different meats, chicken, turkey, beef, lamp, pork. There’s always a variety of pizza, pasta, chips. But it’s all the fresh Spanish/ Mediterranean dishes which are so tasty because this hotel prior to the pandemic, only catered for Spanish. This has changed since with English, Irish and German guests. Despite this, there’s an authentic Spanish feel to this resort - I love that, having done all the Tui/ Thomas Cook types of resort with Brits acting like, well, you know what. Now for the entertainment. The kids get tattoos, balloon animals made for them and after the kids disco and games, the shows in the evening are impressive with professional dancers, acrobats, singers etc. There are pool aerobics classes during the day and staff are so engaging, funny, it’s in their blood to entertain and they love it. Jessica, in particular, is a natural entertainer and could be a presenter on a TV programme. She makes sure that the Spanish and English speaking guests are well catered for. This place is a gem. Great location, lovely pools, right on the beach. Sun loungers available, just don’t leave it too long, for the loungers or to book!

Just back from a lovely relaxing weeks stay. We loved it! It is kinds of built into the hillside so all the rooms have the most amazing sea/mountain views. The rooms are good size and alot of care has been taken with the decor etc to keep the place 'authentic'. The staff are super and we really enjoyed the food. The scallops are just gorgous. Paddy loved the prawns. Having said that we tried pretty much everything on the menu and enjoyed every dish. We hired a car (as it was less than tranfer) but if you dont fancy driving you can easy manage without one. If you just want to chill out the food/service and drinks are great at the hotel. If you fancy a change there is a 24/7 diner 10 min walk down the hill (wear comfy shoes its VERY steep on the walk back up!) Taxi to Nerja is about 10 euro and you more organised than we are there is a bus on main road. It was lovely and relaxing to have drinks on the terrace taking in the views and beautiful weather. Middle of Nov and 23 degrees every day of our stay!. We enjoyed chilling and reading around the pool (not brave enough to go in it mind). This place is a little diamond and we look forward to return visit in next 5/6 months. Miguel/Carole and the team do a wonderful job and you can see they actually love what they do.

The hotel has been a wonderful experience. The hotel makes you a lot of details when you arrive, you have unlimited free coffee and tea and you are given a lot of lotus cookies. There is even a small merendy. The rooms smell great and everything is clean, careful very much for details. nice and careful workers. On the other hand, modernity of lights, internet TVs, led lights ... Has been surprised. The hotel is very close to the city centre and you can walk without problems anywhere.
