"Located in the heart of Rovaniemi, it's conveniently situated near two shopping malls and about a 20-minute drive from the airport and Santa Claus Village. The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of heating. Check-in information was sent promptly at 3 PM. There's no front desk, so luggage storage isn't available. Overall, though, I'd still recommend it."

"The staff was really amazing, very friendly. I wasn’t very impressed by the room. The heating was not fully working, there were no basic amenities like a kettle, or even drinking water. Biggest concern was cleanliness as I asked for cleaning on one occasion and beds were poorly made, sheets weren’t changed, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned as there a piece of paper on the floor which was clearly visible, tissues weren’t restocked and also one of the over covers from the bed was removed and just chucked over the ironing board which was absolutely horrifying to see. Food at the hotel was good and restaurant staff were also very helpful."

"Zdecydowanym plusem hotelu jest aneks kuchenny w pokoju. Ogólnie hotel ma już najlepsze czasy za sobą, wymaga liftingu. Położony jest tuż przy dworcu kolejowym, do centrum jakieś 10 min na pieszo. Obok są markety dzięki czemu można zrobić zakupy. Spod dworca odjeżdża autobus do Santa Clause. W pokoju niestety było zimno i nie mogłem ustawić temperatury. Najsłabsze są śniadania, rzadko w hotelach skandynawskich są tak słabe śniadania. W nocy nie działa recepcja ale można spokojnie wejść do hotelu na kody. Bardziej budżetowa wersja niż hotel 4*"

"Although we didn't see the Northern Lights, overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. The service was great; they even allowed us to check in early. The room was better than expected; despite its size, the large glass windows and glass roof made it feel quite open and not as cramped as I'd imagined. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but sufficient, and the temperature was good. Breakfast was included, and the quality was excellent and filling. For dinner, they had a special offer that gave us one free main course per person (starters and other à la carte items cost extra). The portions were generous, and the food tasted great. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from Santa Claus Village, which is an acceptable distance, though it might be a bit challenging if you're dragging luggage. The hotel notifies guests via an in-room iPad if the Northern Lights are visible. It would have been amazing if we had seen them, but unfortunately, the night we stayed was cloudy with light rain. Nevertheless, if you need a place to stay near Santa Claus Village for a night, I think this is a pretty good option overall."

"There is no elevator. The sauna room is divided into male and female time periods. Men can use it from 7 to 9 pm, while women can only use it from 9 to 10 pm for one hour. The time is up before I sweat enough. The hotel is in a good location, a 7-minute walk to the Arctic Museum. There is a Greater China Chinese restaurant next to it. The shower in the bathroom can only be lifted for one minute. If you want to use it again, you have to lift it again. It cannot be stuck for a long time. It is a weird design that is too stingy."

"Perfect location in Rovaniemi, accessible to City Center. Just 5-10minutes walk to reach the center. Near to bus stops for Santa Claus village and Airport Express bus services. Rooms are big and buffet breakfast are best. Excellent service! Thank you Hostel Cafe Koti💕😍"

"Rooms are superb! Clean and good decoration. Breakfast are of high quality and provides a variety of choices. Staff are helpful. But parking costs 18 euros per night. Excellent location, just in the city centre. Shopping malls are 1 to 2 minutes' walk."

"Apartment is located close to the city center, about ten minutes' walk. Before check-in, you will be sent an SMS and email with a password about your check-in at about 3 pm. The overall facilities are complete, including a frying pan, cups, dishes, knives and forks, a vacuum cleaner and an electric iron. Definitely the first choice for long term stay"
