"The hotel is well located, near the station, restaurants, the centre, a green corner for the walks as well as the castle.
The staff is friendly and reactive.
Only a negative point, I find it a pity that the shower is separated by a cortina instead of being in a cabin and that the bathroom is quite cold because in a square.
The room is comfortable (bedroom, heating, cleaning)."

"The whole building was alerted three times a day. No one explained why, the room has a pungent smell, online guarantee, and the direct purchase of 200 euros in addition to the room rate. I have not received my refund after returning home. The fee is more than 1400, including breakfast. The stay is told not to include breakfast. The breakfast fee is 25 euros per person. It is recommended to be careful when booking a Ctrip foreign room. Everything is not well coordinated."

"Perfect service, very enthusiastic and attentive staff, the location of the hotel is only a few tens of meters away from the Chantilly castle and the horses.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great.
The bar is also very good.
Regarding breakfast, there are many choices, but maybe it lacks fresh pastries (the pastries provided don't seem to be the case).

"I haven't been angry with restaurant waiters for a long time, but the restaurant of this hotel made me complain 3 times in one night. However, France's hotel and catering industry does have a shortage of staff at present. I hope they can have awe for their work like the Chinese."

"The hotel is in the city center, closed to chantilly castle , and train station.
Room is quite big. And nice.
No lift, a bit difficult to bring the luggage up to top floor.
No kettle in the room. But there is a microwave and fridge. No cutlery"

"For the second time, enjoy our lovely stay at the Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions 🥰 very high-class hotel in the middle of the forest ❤️ very comfortable room, very clean, nothing misses ! I'adoro los productos Nuxe ❤️🥰 The staff very at the listening and attention, the receptionist even overclassed us ! There is a very pleasant indoor pool space ! Restaurant and a friendly server ! There is a very nice breakfast, quality ! We will certainly return a 3rd time 😉❤️ Perfect stay ! "
