"Very good hotel with very spacious room. Walking distance away from the subway station as well as a short walk to the mall. Premium outlet is around 15 mins walk away but not too bad as you can cut through the mall. Excellent service provided if you're heading to and fro Disneyland as they have their own vehicles to chauffeur you which I felt was very convenient. However the number given requires a local number."

"The location of the hotel was close to Val d Europe and the train station, the room was very new and clean but a bit different from the pictures. It is more like a service apartment with less equipment and amenities but it was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly and even lent us an iron and an ironing board, and also gave us recommendations for restaurants in Paris. Will come back!"

"Super handy hotel for Disneyland Paris. Hotel is just outside the RER station Val d’Europe and is one stop to the parks. Hotel room was very clean, but the decor in the room looked tired. The kitchenette was handy to have and the nearest supermarket was just a few minutes away. I’d stay here again without a doubt"

"I have stayed in many hotels in Europe, and this one is owned by Disney. They are really stingy. I stayed for two nights, but the toilet paper and water were only provided on the first day. When the paper ran out, it was not replenished on the second day. It was really weird. I lived on the 6th floor and the water was very small. Do you know how annoying it is to take a shower in Paris in December with such thin water? Except for the good attitude of the front desk, everything else was a mess. I will never come again! When I visited the hotel near Christmas, there was no Christmas atmosphere at all... It was so deserted, and there were not so many people in Buddy, not as scary as Upper Disney and East Disney! I really didn't want to queue up to buy the Express Pass, so I stayed in a hotel outside and took a taxi to Disneyland! I entered the park at 9 o'clock and played in both parks with the Express Pass until 3 o'clock in the afternoon... It was really disappointing."

"It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money."
