J'ai apprécié ce court séjour dans cet établissement, la chambre propre, le respect du sommeil dans un lieu calme, le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de fait maison très goûteux (ce que je recherche aujourd'hui avec ce monde d'industrialisation).en déplacement je n' ai pas pu tester votre restaurant mais le petit déjeuner parle déjà de la qualité alimentaire... La réception a su répondre à nos demandes nous avons apprécié, n'hésitez pas à ajouter un petit sourire ce serait agréable pour tout le monde 😊

The hotel is very good and very clean and the room is very clean. Good, varied, but small and poorly organized breakfast (a few winehouses compared to the number of people, so you need to be patient and wait for your turn).

Student dormitory. To the center on foot 30 minutes or 15 minutes by bus. The area seemed to me not very calm. In description the error was respiratory 24 hours a day, if you arrive at night, the documents will be issued only in the morning. The room is large, clean. The plumbing works. The breakfast is in value and very decent (muslies, cruisans, yogurt, oranges, cheese, butter, sausage).

Très bon accueil de la part des réceptionnistes et de la direction , très bon petit déjeuner continental, les appartements sont très confortables. En plein centre ville, le stationnement est gratuit devant l'hôtel et tout peut se faire à pied.

I've been using this hotel since 2005 on and off and its steadily gone downhill and is now quite tired and overdue for a refresh. On my last visit (December 2021) staff were completely disinterested in scanning my French covid app, something that every tabac and restaurant did as a matter of course. For some reason the whole hotel was heated to about 26 degrees and the only way I could sleep was by turning the room thermostat right down and opening the window. At 9.45pm he bar was deserted, unlit and took some time for a member staff to arrive, only for the singel beer on offer to run out. All in all, not a great experience, especially after our stay in the Saint-Omer Ibis which is really welcoming and well run.

Hôtel très bien situé non loin de la cathédrale, le personnel est aux petits soins. Notre chambre étant située côté rue donc un peu de bruit...mais on est en ville !! Bémol pour la chambre l eau chaude qui est très très longue à arriver ... Je précise que cet hôtel ne possède pas d'ascenseur ni de climatisation. Le petit déjeuner buffet était parfait..sauf le fromage sous plastique Pas de parking donc parking souterrain plus économique que les parcmetres

We received 2 emails about our stay on the day of our stay. One was to tell us that check in after 7pm required special instructions. That email we received at 7:31pm and since we were driving at the time we didn't see it before arriving. My heartfelt thanks to the very nice lady who very patiently helped us. I wish I had known about the check in procedure 24 hrs earlier. Both emails should have been sent 24 hrs earlier. Also parking is not easy until you know how it works. There is parking on the street but good luck with that. For us the closest was 1/2 mile away. We planned to use their on site parking but it is not signed so there is no way of seeing it when you arrive, and there is nowhere to even stop outside the hotel. It made our check in rather fraught after a long day's drive. I would happily stay there again as the rooms are good as is the breakfast and it's an excellent location, but I'd recommend not using Odaly's website to make the booking if possible as it doesn't allow you to review your booking after it has been made.
