I have some difficulty in completing certain opinions. We are very very young retirees and for more than 10 years, and since then we spend our time traveling, so we think we have a certain habit. Excessively pleasant staff, which is rare enough to be underlined since even some hotels that claim to be top-of-the-range do not seem to be sorely lacking on a regular basis. And my faith for the price paid for very satisfactory rooms. So a rather positive result

This hotel has saved us during a trip to France. Our car broke down late on a Saturday and thankfully we were able to get a family room for the weekend while we wait for repairs on Monday. The family room is actually 2 rooms like a mini apartment. The staff were extremely helpful when we were stressed and spoke to our recovery agents over the phone due to language barriers. I cant recommend this hotel enough...it has literally saved us

GGuest UserI booked this hotel because we had a flight early in the morning and I wanted to be close to the airport. The room is basic but has a very nice unique modern interior design. There is no minibar but there is a coffee, tea and juice machine for guests near the lobby. Breakfast is served from 5 am which is great for early flights and it had a good selection (freshly squeezed orange juice always makes me happy).

牛牛牛爸The room was clean and tidy, but it was quiet, but the facilities were much less than domestic hotels (mostly in foreign hotels), the only thing that satisfied me was the water heater. The hotel is on the mountain. If you want to exercise, you can walk. Google Maps is trustworthy. Sometimes the road you are looking for is too remote. There is a 7 bus stop not far from the hotel, a total of 4 stops, the end point is near the Orsay Railway Station, it is convenient, but the late bus is only around 7:30. Breakfast needs extra extra, 12 euros a day, the taste is OK, hot cocoa is quite good.

Very Good

My first impression was a deteriorated hotel exterior and a Front Desk area that smelled bad. The main issue, however, was that the air conditioning in the room was deficient, so we contacted the Front Desk and the staff member offered us another room that had the same issue and in addition, the AC was very noisy. The employee explained that the whole hotel has the same AC which is insufficient. I asked to speak to a manager or be transferred to another hotel and he said that we can talk to the manager the next morning. I explained I needed to sleep in a cool room that night, but he said there is nothing else he could do other than offer a third room, which we ended up accepting because we were exhausted and frustrated. Conclusion: there was no decision-maker at the hotel at 7 pm. The employee at the Front Desk was polite but had no authority to resolve the issue. Please note I had called the hotel prior to the trip to make sure they had air conditioning, and they said yes. I should have asked if it was working properly too! I do not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserIt is a hotel constructed on a formula design (nearly identical rooms configured in different ways), very compact but fully functional and clean (and modern). Space is tight, especially bathrooms - but for the price it is excellent value. Having free/easy parking is an extra plus. There were three restaurants nearby (Tablas Pizza, Subway and an Asian Restaurant). Costco is also across the street. Convenient to main roads and Orly airport and Paris was 30-40 minutes away by car. I would recommend as long as you understand rooms are small.
