"I stayed at Appart’ City for 3 nights. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. The only downside I found to the room is the slippery shower/bathtub. Breakfast spread isn’t big, but the quality is excellent with products coming from local farms. I will definitely stay there again next time."

"Everything about my stay was superb. So easy to get to from the airport on the 66 bus. The staff were all lovely and my apartment was fantastic. The bedroom was clean, warm, dark, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped and if you don’t fancy cooking or spending a fortune in a restaurant, I can highly recommend the pizza stall outside! The breakfast is great with a varied selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. I booked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it was on time and very quick. I slept really well but woke up soaking wet. I realised it was down to the plastic/rubber sheet under the bedsheets! This was the only problem I encountered. I would definitely return here if I visit Geneva again."

"Hotel is very close to Palexpo in Geneva, so if you have any conventions there, you can choose to stay here. There is a bus stop about 5-10min walk which has buses that would take you to Palexpo. Hotel breakfast is excellent. The listing on trip.com was not correct. A comfort studio does not have a balcony and is smaller compared to a superior studio. I booked a comfort studio thinking that it was a superior studio. For a couple, book a superior studio, for solo travellers book the comfort studio."

"The room is clean and tidy, like a space capsule. It is right on the border between Switzerland and France and is under French jurisdiction, so the price is relatively cheap. If it is in Switzerland, it will cost more than 1500 RBM. There are three beds, suitable for a family of 3-4. There is a very good Chinese 🇨🇳 restaurant next to it, opened by a Wenzhou boss, not bad! "Hotel that should be repaired!!! Because many things are not in order with security!! And when we sleep, the cleaning ladies don't respect the sleep of people who have paid to enjoy a good lie-in! They vacuum almost in front of your door and speak very loudly without worrying whether we are asleep or not! And also what's the point of putting up the Do Not Disturb sign, if it's constantly knocking on the door to find out if they can come in! This is extremely unbearable and not normal! And every day we slept in this hotel, it was the same every morning! So sleeping in this hotel is really not great and too many things to repair in some rooms. Bathroom door, impossible to close, so no privacy for showering or toileting.... completely destroyed! And the safety rail of the top bed broken, therefore dangerous! Instead of repairing it because it is mandatory in terms of security, they put a chain with a padlock in the meantime so that the barrier cannot open completely!!! It's shocking...my son caught his foot in this poorly closed barrier and fell from a very high height onto the floor! He hurt himself very, very badly, and could have broken something! The manager didn't do anything, and said it wasn't his fault! And above all didn't even apologize and didn't worry about his condition again. this mediocre establishment!."

I had to spend about 30 minutes calling the Trip.com customer service to figure out that what they displayed under the banner of “Amenities” was actually wrong. However they finally said to book a taxi and share the receipt with them for reimbursement, which is still pending from their side. "
