"Самое главное месторасположение этого отеля - он находится в центре, удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей! Сервис хромает, для сети Ibis все очень плачевно, номера очень уставшие, требуют ремонта!"

"A small but well-equipped, air-conditioned accommodation
In Paris, where housing prices are high, I think we found a place that fit our budget and had all the basic options. The entrance is on the -1st floor, the front desk is on the 0th floor, and the rooms are on the 1st to 5th floors. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so we were really satisfied. It was very small for 3 people, and the bathroom and shower were only for 1 person, but I think we should consider the space we could get for this budget.
The only thing that was inconvenient was that there was no hairdryer, and it was disappointing that the shampoo, body wash, and treatment were not separated but were all in one. This is a subjective evaluation, but the area where the accommodation was located was not bad, and many people of color passed by, so we felt safe. The front desk staff were also friendly.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cleaning staff are very diligent, so they can knock on your door starting at 8 a.m. We usually left early in the morning and came back in the evening, so we were not disturbed much, but if you are planning to stay in the room for a long time in the morning, please keep this in mind."
"First off, the hotel is brand new, but it's a bit hard to find, and the location isn't ideal – about 600 meters from the subway. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, but not many dining options, so it feels a little out of the way.
The service wasn't great, especially from a long-haired woman with a slightly darker complexion at the front desk. She was quite unfriendly and impatient with us, which left a very bad impression. When we returned to the hotel at night, she was there again with a young man at the front desk. We wanted to add breakfast, and she directly told us: ”We're very busy right now. Can you come back tomorrow?” Sorry???
Aside from this attitude from the staff, everything else was pretty good. They really need to improve their customer service training."
"The location was excellent, with a bus station nearby that went directly to central Paris, and a train station just a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to central Paris as well. In terms of facilities, they provided the basics. The lobby was well-maintained and a good place to work. The bathrooms were clean, though this depended on the guests sharing the room. Overall, I would recommend it for backpackers or those staying for just a day."
"Large room with practical furnishings and well soundproofed.
The laundry was very clean.
Bathroom a bit outdated with a bath instead of an Italian-style shower.
Everything like baseboards and woodwork requires a little paint.
A super friendly and quick welcome.
I didn't have time for breakfast.

"I really love this hotel. Last year, my family and I stayed for three nights, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The best part is its excellent location right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to all the tourist attractions. There are also many restaurants nearby. This year, it was my second stay, this time with friends. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Paris. Oh, and the breakfast is fantastic and very satisfying! 👍"
