Night manager David was most helpful and welcoming when we arrived one late Monday evening. This newish business hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Boulevard Périphérique Paris (Paris Ring Road) making it highly accessible from the CDG airport in just thirty minutes. We were tired after the long flight so we were very grateful that he checked us in so promptly for our ten-night stay. With our platinum Bonvoy status David also upgraded us to the Junior Suite (#122) with a view of the pleasant inner courtyard garden. The spacious trapezoidal shaped room came with large sofa, writing desk, super king size bed, large closet and an integrated compact fridge, safe and beverage bar. The bathroom was also extremely specious. Everything smelt clean and looked spotless. Our requests for extra pillows, hangers and toiletries were always met promptly. Housekeeping did a very good job. Our reservation came with daily breakfast which is served on the ground floor. An amply above average spread - but more importantly the quality is very apparent in spite of the lack of a live station preparing eggs. All in all, CMPdV comes highly recommended. Their team managing the front desk are irreproachable.
The hotel is very good, all staff is welcome, available at any time and at your listening. , sympathetic and arranged. The hotel is secure and well served by public transport. The decor is careful, beautiful dining room. The rooms are ideal for a Parisian stay with all the comforts needed.
Excellent hotel very clean. There is a very comfortable bedroom. A welcome and professional staff. We have stayed there several times without being never disappointed. A pleasant neighborhood, close to shops and metro. Recommended without reservations.
The hotel is located on the riverside, with a beautiful environment and quiet. The one bedroom suite contains a small dining room and kitchen, and the sofa bed in the dining room can also sleep. The rooms are in good sanitary condition and all kinds of facilities are available. Breakfast is provided at the hotel, the front desk service is good, but if you need to issue an invoice, the speed is very slow, you need to contact the front desk in advance.
I would be giving it a 1/5 if it wasn’t for the receptionist Thomas. Had 2 receptionists which made our group feel unwelcome, then put on the phone to a woman who was abrupt and spoke aggressively to me. If you are looking to book a quadruple room, you won’t get one, as when I booked one I got 2 rooms 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double. Not only am I a double bed short of my booking, but also me and my friends weren’t in the same room. On arrival a bald receptionist argued with me about the booking I made and when I was trying to explain he constantly told me I booked different rooms, he then put me on the phone to the aggressive woman, who was also cheeky and very ill-mannered. The next morning I was greeted by Thomas, a very friendly receptionist, was very easy to have a conversation with him. Later that night a man called Nabil told me I was not allowed to use the bathrooms in the lounge area and I was to use the one in my room , after I looked it him with confusion he did sigh and tell me I could. An unwelcoming stay, made to feel an inconvenience by the majority of the staff, Will never stay here again.
Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!
Our room was snug to say the least, but it was clean with a comfy bed and the staff were lovely, the best bit (and why we booked) was the very secure underground car park, which you entered via driving the car into a lift. To say it was a tight fit is an understatement, but for 24 hours secure parking in the center of Paris, this was a bonus feature. Breakfast at bootcamp was surprising lovely, big choice of food, fresh pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, breads, jams, meats, preserves, yogurts, drink choices hot or cold, toast scrambled egg and sausage, but my favorite was the fresh pancake maker that delivered you a stack of delicious fresh pancakes. However, a hotel no matter where it is, is only as good as the staff and their welcome. The staff here are exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t expect a fancy foyer, but you will be greeted and welcomed a d there is someone there 24hours.
Excellent price quality for Paris. Very friendly and special greeting. Reception staff was extraordinary. Very nice and clean hotel. Maby just a few minor flaws A bit far outside you need to take a cab Uber of metro and de restaurant was good but not special.
Awful experience with this Best Western hotel. We had 2 rooms for family of 4. So, the same experience for both rooms below: No hot water for almost the entire stay (5 day). Staff just lying (they have been told) about some hot water boiler problems. We only had hot water once, so the showering was challenging! Yes, lukewarm water was available first night. And the hot water magically appeared on the day 2. That was it. No iron in the room. No fridge or cooler. No ice. No coffee making machine in one of the rooms ( you need to ask for it if you need it). Very noisy one side of the hotel - facing the loading deck of the big supermarket. Delivery is starting at 7 am in the morning. The piping in the hotel is very, very noisy, so if someone is taking shower above or below your room the entire side is just screaming! So, if you want to get sleep- make sure wear ear plugs entire night! But Staff is very friendly and helpful and they do speak English! Anyway, if you still need some room in this hotel (maybe it will be cheaper;), avoid section with *05-*06 rooms!

GGuest UserWe booked an apartment for 4 people but when we got to the room the extensible couch was not made, therefore we had to call the reception, but the phone in the room was not working. Then we did it ourselves, however everything was dusty and used. But this was not the worst part of the experience. On our second day there, there was no hot water. We went downstairs to the reception twice to complain about this and ask when it will be solved. The staff told us in a very rude manner that they do not know and cannot say anything about it, without even an apology. Moreover, we brought a towel from the room which had a hole in it and requested to replace it. Without any apologies, the receptionist gave us one new towel but insisted that we take the old one back to the room. We told him we don’t need the ripped towel back and left it on the reception counter. The front office employee started becoming very aggressive, chasing us with the towel, screaming and touching us. He insisted to accompany us to the room, but we refused because we were scared of his aggressiveness. We did not feel safe at all and kept telling him that we will call the police. And all of this happened in a lobby full of guests. After this incident, we did not trust the staff or the hotel for any other problem that we might have, like the lights in the room that were flickering, the portable heater that only worked in the first night. I want to mention that we can get past the dirtiness and the lack of hospitality from the staff, but we cannot accept being harassed by the hotel staff in such a manner. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and it was terrible in every way possible. I really hope that our bad experience will be heard and we expect a reply from the management of the hotel.
