Lovely property and great food at the restaurant onsite. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Main downside is that you can hear everything in the room. Very thin walls so you can hear people walking to their room and things like the blow dryer next door and even light conversation. We didn’t get great sleep due to this. Also, it might matter to some, but we didn't have a shower or AC. We had a tub with a hand shower. Overall our stay was nice but the hotel didn’t feel 5 Star. Lots of dust in the restaurant terrace and our silverware and glasses were dirty. The staff quickly tended to situation but those little things you don’t expect from a 5 star resort.
Note positive: parcheggio, accoglienza, letto comodo e colazione.

The 3-star hotel-restaurant Campanile Aix-en-Provence Est – Meyreuil is the perfect spot for a business or family trip. Located near the major highways, the hotel will offer you a warm welcome to a modern, comfortable space. You'll enjoy our free, enclosed parking lot, and you'll be able to reach downtown Aix-en-Provence by car in just 15 minutes.
We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.
The nick in the full countryside in a sweet environment we really felt like seeing better than in our homes. Several types of comfortable and clean check-in rooms are refaid every 2 days systematically and the possibility of change of letter on request Safety Coast go to it and the most is parking But the strong point of this hotel It's his staff who really makes you feel that you are surrounded by your Laughterful Avenant ready to help you without even asking. I would like to thank Dalila Sara Stéphanie Amelie Sabri and, of course, the youngest of the Islamic team sincerely and profoundly.
We have a very good hotel and we can park ourselves. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. In the water room, only 2 wallpapers while the reservation was made for 3 people. The breakfast at €8.50 is more than limit: very little choice, open confectionery pots that can attract the mosquitoes, yaourts in the limit of dlc that are swelled on the top, a hot drink machine at the end of life... And to choose it all, one person at the reception that anybody agaces, 3 customers who appear to dispute with a high volume of sound and no one from the hotel who does not intervene to ask them to respect other customers in The hotels are very good and the hotels are very good and the prices are rising.
The hotel is very run down. The air conditioning was not working but you could not open the windows at night because of the noise from the motorway running alongside. Also the music the hotel plays throughout the public areas goes on 24/7 With a speaker on the patio area below our room it meant that even with the window shut there was a constant bass beat we couldn’t get away from. Despite requests to the hotel from our wonderful tour guide nothing was done. Temperature in the bedroom was 25c. Do not eat at the hotel, the food is abysmal and very expensive. The grounds and pool are not maintained and filthy, the litter bins outside reception overflowing. The only positives are the towels and bedding are new and plentiful and the supplied toiletries are high end, good quality.
Perfect for our needs, Driving from Nice to Toulouse needed a place to spent the night. IBIS was just off the Expressway pulled in without a reservation. Reception clerk was so welcoming and accomdating, the late dinner was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. Like I said perfect or my needs. recommend it highly
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are knowledgable, friendly and speak great English. The pool is lovely too - we did a lot of research prior to the trip and found there arent many hotels with pools in Aix. This one was cheaper than the others with pools. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired but everything works well. You can get a taxi, bus or walk into town. Mostly we walked - about 30 minutes and very do-able. The taxi is about €12-15 depending on where in town you are headed. You can also easily get a taxi from the TGV station (expect to spend circa €45 for this journey). There is plenty of parking and you are close to a motorway - which you can hear from the pool. If you want a silent retreat / silence by the pool then this probably isn't the hotel for you! Some of the rooms were a little small - I was ironing my clothes on a bath mat on a very small desk as there was no ironing board! To reduce the risk of covid19, all staff and guests must wear masks in the public areas of the hotel. There is a lot of hand sanitizer available. And they wont make up your room during the day unless requested - I assume to reduce contamination. They are still serving a buffet breakfast which I thought was now a thing of the past.
