"The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light. The shower cabin was only half-enclosed, so everything got wet after a shower, which was another downside. However, overall, we were satisfied with the value for money."

"The air conditioner in our room was broken. There was no toilet paper or blow dryer. We got it from reception in exchange for ID. The noise from the elevator was very loud in the room. The location is very good, there is plenty of parking, the beds are comfortable. If I were to come again, I would prefer a place away from the elevator."

"This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center of Mulhouse. The staff is very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good, although the variety could be improved a bit. The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets and everything you need. There were a few signs of moisture or mold in the kitchen area, but that’s understandable due to frequent use—especially if you plan to cook there. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, but overall, I highly recommend this place for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Mulhouse."

"The room was so spacious, clean & comfortable. The lady receptionist was so nice & helpful to solve our problems. I’m truly to happy to stay at this hotel even for one night. "The location is top, really at walking distance from the center where many restaurants are located. Private parking garage (underground) . Rooms and bathroom are fine but not so fan of in bath showers. The breakfast costs, but at least EUR 19, were very bad, and unfortunately there was no gluten-free bread!"

"Fantastic place, wonderful staff (very hardworking). I cannot think of anything bad about the place. Always welcomed when coming down in the morning and welcomed again when coming back in the evening. Will definitely have this place as my first option when back again. Had dinner the first night and were very accommodating whilst they had a function dinner happening at the same time. The level of service makes you feel at home!"

"Very well located. In front of the station, beautiful view of the channel. Cool and diverse breakfast. Great breakfast room to enjoy the view of the channel. Great room with large bed and pleasant bathroom, shirt. Bemol I asked for new towels, the lady (probably overfused, too much work) put the towels on the ground while I went back to put a bag in the room. Moreover, having booked via the trip platform, the host had not known that everything was settled so careful to you, look well on your application what you have already paid with confirmation mail to support."

"We were given a warm welcome and showed where to park the car. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room and explained everything. We had dinner in the hotel after a walk round the town. It was local produce, presented well and was a lovely two course meal. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel."
