"Just a short walk from the train station, the hotel is ideally located. The superior room is decent with a nice street view. The bed is large, but the mattress creaks and is very soft. Breakfast is adequate, however, there was no bread at 8:30 a.m. and 20 minutes before it was brought. Lack of follow-up at breakfast. Pleasant welcome at reception."

There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. "The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience"
