"Staff very rude, one saying one thing and another something else all over a fan, the night team gentleman clearly thinks he should have another job. white lies over a empty hotel and a shortage of weak fans on a hot night.
my boyfriend who doesnt like a fuss asked he got told something completely different i had to go down and speak instead, pathetic behaviour"

"Facilities: Equipped with a kitchen, and a shuttle bus to Disneyland is available downstairs. Breakfast was quite basic.
Cleanliness: It didn't seem like the room had been tidied up, even though I only stayed for one night.
Location: It's just over a kilometer from Disneyland, but the surrounding area feels quite remote. A taxi to the airport cost approximately 50 euros.
Service: The service was standard."

"The room was clean, the counter service and breakfast was very good. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4. It was also convenient to get a taxi nearby. They provided free shuttle bus to Disneyland and take abt 10mins.There is a big supermarket nearby and some restaurants as well.

"Lovely hotel with all facilities that you can ask for. The shuttle was convenient for hopping onto Disneyland. Give the days were longer and hotter, it would be nice if hotel continues to service in the afternoon hours from 1-5pm as well. Other than that breakfast was decent and room was spacious too."

"Lovely, quiet, quaint apartment, seems to be in a luxury senior residence. Apartment is very clean, spacious bathroom with quality toiletries, standard equipped kitchen- kettle, microwave, fridge, cutleries, etc. Close to the Val d'Europe shopping centre and premium outlets (2 min walk), abt 8-10 mins walk (with/without luggage) to the train station, 1 station walk to Disney."

"Great location. Next door to a great shopping centre, walk through and you have very easy access to Disney and Paris.
Friendly staff, quiet hotel, lovely downstairs.
Only fault would be corridors etc are a little dated, but it is a hotel that fits exactly what we needed at a great price.
Will definitely return here when I am in the area again and recommend to my family and friends"

"5 minutes walk from Val d’ Europe Exit 1 to the hotel. Just one station to Disneyland.
The hotel offers luggage store, after checkin we went to Disneyland, and when we back from Disneyland, our luggage’s have already put into our room.
Friendly staff at the front desk.
However, they only have 2 socket in the room, but it is kind of enough for me and my friend.
Overall, will still recommend them if you planning to go Disneyland and wanted to stay near there."
