Find the Cheap Tancrou Hotels

I completely forgot to write a review about this place when we were scammed. I tried to include our correspondence to prove what I said, but TripAdvisor kicked my review back so I have to post without it. I received a charge on my bank statement for this hotel and was told I was a no-show for this hotel, but I never made a reservation with them, and they were horribly rude when I tried to figure out what was happening. Obviously someone used my credit card, and it wasn't me. Given how they responded, I suspect it's someone who works at the hotel or they know who it is. First, they said the reservation information went to my personal email address on November 20, the year prior to the May reservation date. Then, they changed their explanation and said it was made through Expedia. Then, they sent me what they said was a screenshot of my reservation, but at the top it says ”EXPEDIA PARTNER CENTRAL”. I have no emails or reservations about this hotel, even in my spam box. Nothing in my Expedia account. The first communication I have from this hotel was in response to my email asking why they charged me. The reservation was made in a name that was similar to my husband's name, but grossly misspelled. Mr. Martin Mickael was the name used; that's not my husband's name--but out last name is Martin. I asked them why they would accept a credit card in my name for a payment of a hotel in someone else's name, and they replied ”We maintain our position”. Then, they told me the reservation was for 3 adults; we are a family of two adults and three children. I simply would not have forgotten my husband's name and how many family members I have, but what does make sense is that someone used my credit card and this hotel made an easy 700 Euro. I asked them to provide me correspondence to this so-called reservation so I could give it to the police and file a theft report, but they refused. I asked them for the address they sent the letter dated November 20, and when I looked at the metadata of the letter they sent me in May, the letter had been created the day I contacted them about the charge, so they created a fake letter to fit their story. The letter says the reservation is for one adult and two enfants (children) and the letter was written to MADAME MARTIN. So, why is the letter written to Madame Martin when Sylvie Barbier just wrote me saying the reservation was under Mr. Martin Mickael? They changed their story so many times that I'm sure they're lying. They also charged me for the entire reservation instead of one night like typical no-show reservations. Sylvie Barbier is a nightmare.

Good location very clean nothing to re-repeat my stay to perfect

It's the 3 eme time I go to c is hotel. The other years it was right. But c is the pompons. There's a automatic reception lock that wasn't there the other years. So as usual, I go to the door. Not able to open normal. The host agent comes to see me and tells me that I'll break the door and there is a automatic lock. This day there is wind and rain. So we go to the lock because we had booked two rooms. Nothing works. I'm going back from the host door. I'm hitting to the host agent open me. I'm explaining my problem to him. Hotel was OK . Beds comfy Shower is OK hot not lots of pressure Rooms cleaned daily .fresh towels I had a ground floor room with a back door great for kids to go outside Tv had netfix ect installed for own use. Guys that worked or owned were lovely helped with taxes ect Only downside doors in corridor banged and squeaked when open .so kept awake with other guests going in and out Lastly said I hadn't paid when I was checking out .couldn't find the payment ,was payed in full in January. After showing him.my booking and statements he said aww ok iv found it !!!! No way was I paying again...also €9 for tax for 2 adults for 3nights Taxi to disney €55 coming back €65 There's no transport you need to get a bus /taxi to train station. Then that to disney takes about an hour and a half not counting waiting times

Stayed here last month as a base to go to Disneyland. The area was great with a supermarket, Lidl, restaurants and McDonald’s within walking distance. 15 minute drive to Disney so perfect. Only rating low as the hotel was slightly on the dirty side. Fag butts everywhere, people arguing outside, key card stopped working 2 out of our 3 nights and we had to call the helpline after hours where a elderly chap would appear after 15 minutes to let us in (very nice guy though) the skirting boards where ripping off the walls in our room. Staff in reception were very friendly though. Nice staff, cheap rates, great location just dirty rooms. Plus we also put on our door not to have cleaners in but our beds were made every day.
