Find the Cheap Tinchebray-Bocage Hotels

The hotel is very clean and good quality. The hotel is located in a area and you need to take the car to restore in the city. (There is a kind of cafeteria in front but it seems that the opening is quite random) The room is quite small but we are in a budget ibis.

The hotel facilities are good, there are people on duty 24 hours, there is ample parking space, there is no place for extra beds, and children can only sleep together. The breakfast was good, the croissants were freshly baked and very tasty.

Voulant changer d’une grande chaîne internationale, j’ai voulu essayer le Galion. L’hôtel est très propre et la literie confortable et ça s’arrête là. Sous les toits il fait chaud … et pas de Clim. Pour voir quelqu’un à l’accueil, il faut arriver entre 18h et 19h. Une jeune personne très gentille mais pas très autonome dans les décisions qu’elle peut prendre, téléguidée par son patron à distance. Le petit déjeuner : j’avais réservé pour deux nuits en précisant bien à l’arrivée que je ne prendrai pas le petit-déjeuner le deuxième jour pour cause de départ matinal. Le premier jour impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner la salle était pleine à cause d’un groupe. Elle est trop petite en en plus au sous sol sans lumière du jour. C’était soit beaucoup d’attente, soit j’arrivais à l’heure à mon rendez-vous. Et le deuxième petit déjeuner m’a été facturé malgré mon départ très matinal et l’info donnée à l’arrivée. Hôtel « éco Responable » : il est marqué dans le livre d’accueil que l’hôtel est eco responsable , qu’il utilise des ampoules led, des chauffages à bon rendement…. Dans ma chambre il n’y a que des ampoules halogènes, un vieux convecteur. Et même pas de tri des déchets proposé. Green washing ! J’ai vraiment eu le sentiment d’être un pigeon. Bref à éviter…

A good functional hotel in a great location in Vire. Whilst the hotel doesn’t have specific rooms for disabled guests they did all they could to help and the lift to the rooms is a good size and easy to use for those with reduced mobility. The rooms are good sized and whilst the bathroom in the room I had could use a refresh it was clean and well appointed and perfectly suited to an overnight stay. The hotel has a good restaurant to and would recommend eating dinner in the hotel as it has a good menu with good choice of starters, mains and deserts at a good price. Very tasty. Breakfast is basic but plentiful and the coffee was great!
