"Geographical location: It is close to the bus station than the train station, but if you go from the train station, you can find a store along the road for dinner before staying. Near Bangor University. 2. Room facilities: There are beds, separate bathrooms (washing supplies are pretty good), hair dryers, irons, sockets, a table and chairs... there are some. WiFi signal is not bad. Meals: Breakfast is very recommended, there are not many types but basically everything you can think of. There is also a coffee shop. 4. Staff: The counter staff was kind and the restaurant staff were very helpful"

"A beautiful building, atmospheric and old, with a great vioew of Loch Ness - really has to be the best. The hotel is a looking a little old and tired. The 4 poster suite is the best in the hotel, but neeeds and upgrade. The food also needs a total makeover. Verdict: a lovely hotel that needs major investment and upgrade. Book through a travel website, as the hotel's own rates are too high."

"Downstairs is the bar will be a bit noisy, probably lasting until 11 or 12 o'clock. Overall, the front desk of the hotel is very good, the bed is very soft, the room is quite big, very close to the station. Overall, the stay is more comfortable and satisfactory."
