"Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout
Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again."
"All good apart from a couple of things:
- I was unaware that the payment for the two rooms was taken 10 days before we checked in. ...(on the booking it said 'pay at hotel').
- the 'fixed price menu' offered on the dinner menu should state 'only available Monday toThursday'.
- on looking back, my booking confirmation promised a complimentary bottle of Tilford ale. .no sign of that in our room."
