"We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point.
We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92.
The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items.
I’d definitely stay again."
"Check-in was incredibly complicated and completely self-service. I doubt the average tourist would even be able to get through the main door. How do you manage the self-service access control? The logic doesn't make sense! My friend, who lives here, came to my rescue at lightning speed. The receptionist I met was a property manager. He didn't care how you booked the room, nor did he even check your check-in receipt. He simply said, ”We don't care. We haven't received any updates. We won't give you a key.” We called Charles Hope ourselves, and the Indian English operator would have easily outmaneuvered 90% of our compatriots.
I suggest Ctrip conduct a stricter review. This isn't a hotel, it's a secondary rental agency. It's better to book with Airbnb, where the questions and answers are quicker. There were other people's hair in the bathtub and sticky food residue on the plate.
The male receptionist at the door was extremely volatile. He started complaining the moment I approached, before I even started talking... If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have complained!"

"The breakfast is quite ordinary, and it is exactly the same every day. After staying for a week, the last day is really not wanting to eat breakfast at the hotel."
"Place was clean. Hopefully they can have toilets and wash room for every floor. But staff are helpful and accommodating. Location is easy to locate just that it’s a busy one and can’t really help to be noisy"
"Had a two-night layover in London and Pacific Inn London Heathrow was exactly what I needed. The convenience factor alone makes this place worth recommending to any business traveler or leisure visitor passing through the airport.[booking +1]
The room was spotlessly clean with fresh bedding and all the essentials in place—comfortable bed, working TV, reliable Wi-Fi for catching up on emails, and a shower with excellent water pressure that helped me refresh after long travel days. Everything felt well-maintained and hygienic, which was my main priority after flights."
"The hotel location is good, room considered clean and comfortable. But staff all not friendly, no response even we smile at them."
