"I booked a 3nights trip at this hotel, I had emailed them and told them to upgrade my room 3 weeks in advance. Day one before I checked in I there was a little fuss about the upgrade which was later fixed. The room was clean and nice. The tv did not have full amenities. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water only cold. The bath water was coloured. I complained at reception, they tried to have a little one and two arguments but later on sent someone to check. When the individual came in she fixed it but the hot water only lasted 2mins. It was too late so we decided to sleep and leave it alone. The next morning we tried using the shower again but was faced with the same issue. Once again called reception to complain, the person behind the phone tried to emphasise that someone had been sent to fix it but eventually ended his sentence that maintenance will be sent. The maintenance came and agreed and said something was wrong with the water and told the desk to change our rooms so we could use another shower. We went out enjoyed our day, came back and tried to once again use the shower that was supposedly fixed to encounter the same issue. The receptionist was rude and started arguing saying it was fixed etc, he told us he will come and check shortly. We waited for an hour and no one came in. We called about 3 times and when he responded he lied and said he had been upstairs and no one answered the door, and tried to lie and say noise was being made in the room which wasn’t the case. Eventually he came upstairs, tried the shower again we complained and he changed our rooms. The new room we were moved to had issues with the aircon heating system, we endured with the broken aircon system as we were too tired to complain due to how they’ve reacted with other complaints. I extended my checkout to 5pm. Around 4:50pm the cleaner barged into the room without knocking."
"What a great place to stay, bright clean room. Good price with excellent buffet breakfast. . Staff are very helpful and nice.. can buy snack and the meal is reasonable price. Clean moden style hotel. Sky bar and bowling near by. Excellent entertainment before go to airport. So convenient to go to airport,just few minutes away from bus stop. Easy to go to london town centre as well."
"I had a very pleasant stay here. The best part was the customer service: every single member of staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, as you would expect. Even though it is very close to the airport, you can't hear any planes or noise pollution. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was both fresh and varied."

"Fantastic hotel, and conveniently located. They have a bar in the evening that isn't loud or rowdy, perfect for a casual meal or a quiet drink. My only minor complaint is that the receptionist didn't inquire about my membership status or the possibility of an early check-in."

Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter.

"As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted."
"The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat.
The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel."
