Find the Cheap Ingliston Hotels

Stayed here for the close proximity to the airport (10 min walk) and my work location in the Gogarburn area, and though I was only there for 12 hours it was flawless from start to finish. A big thank you to Chelsea Rose and Klaudia on the front desk team who took care of my pre-arrival queries and were kind enough to upgrade me to one of their refurbished Queen Deluxe rooms. Check-in / Check-out was swift. The room itself was a very good size, comfortable bed, large wall mounted TV, was clean and bright. It came with a generous size fridge and a nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was good, and some colleagues who ordered room service at dinner time gave the food top marks, whilst others who had stayed longer also spoke highly of the health club facilites. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!

I booked it for a night, got their a little early in the morning. While Jacob was upfront, No Rooms now. Then enters Chris, the rock star manager. All I had to tell him was that I'm a Hilton honors member and the room was allotted immediately. Thank you again Chris, I truly appreciate it. The hotel room has everything you could imagine for and the rooms are quiet. Despite of being next to the airport. To get here once you come out of the airport, don't go in the direction of trams, instead if trams are on your left side, walk towards your right and it is literally a 5 minutes walk from the airport. The bar at the hotel is fancy but no happy hours :( Working kitchen with limited food options but is very manageable. The breakfast was better than most of the other hotels for sure. They do have a big parking lot as well just in case you need to park here.

Check in was easy, parking was not a problem. Food in restaurant was more finger food and more like what you’d get in a cinema. I was happy with it but hubby thought otherwise hahaha. We played pool at the lobby which had a pink table. Lots of fun before retiring for our super early flight. Room was ok for short stays. 7-10 mins walk to airport. On the whole was nice.

Stayed for three nights while attending Comic Con at the royal highland centre which is conveniently just next door. Check in and out was no problem. The room was nice and clean and housekeeping refreshed it daily. As a housekeeper for a hotel myself i definitely appreciate the good job they did so thank you to them it's nice not having to be the one cleaning it for once. If i had one small complaint it would be that the water in the shower doesn't go very hot and i definitely like a hot shower. Apart from that it was lovely. Food wise i only had breakfast each day as i was away during the day but the breakfast was a good selection and everything was fresh. Overall it was a good stay and i would stay again if an event is held near there that i'm going to. Hopefully the housekeeping got the cakes that i left in the room, i didn't want to squash them in my bag and they were too expensive and fancy just to throw away (bought them at the event). Where do I begin, Norton House hosted mine and my partners wedding at the end of April and it was the best day of my life! Right from the start of planning, through to the execution of the day, the staff and venue pulled out all the stops to make it the best day ever for everyone involved! We have had nothing but compliments from all our guests over how amazing the staff were, how smoothly the day ran and the venue itself is a beautiful place to get married! The recommended supplier list that comes with planning a wedding here is top notch! Fully recommend Laura for all your planning needs, making sure everything is perfect and organised right up to the day of! Also Victoria for running our day and making sure everything was perfect, and even calming me down right before I walked down the aisle! The rest of the staff on the night were absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough to thank them all for making it the most special and magical day ever! ＜3

Stayed here for two nights over the bank holiday weekend in August 2022. I'm guessing the price was high because of the fringe and it being a bank holiday weekend. The hotel was bright and breezy. no tea making facilities in the room. No hair dryer, limited storage, no draws. There was tea making facilities in the reception that were free and always available. Breakfast at the hotel was continental and £7.50 each. Quite reasonable for the offering of cereal, pastries, yoghurts, juice, ham and cheeses. Nice location opposite the tram station.

This hotel bears no relation to the previous Edinburgh Marriot it may have a new carpet and paint but it's a disappointing experience , the staff lack experience and customer focus many of the customer service have been deleted . We booked a suite the TV would not accommodate a firestick to watch Netflix and the bathroom was shabby and the room could do with a proper clean bathrobes supposedly supplied were missing when we complained we were given one grubby replacement instead of two . Breakfast was fine and a good choice was available, we stayed frequently at the Edinburgh Marriot and sadly we will not return as Delta have obviously cut costs and deleted the customer focus that made you forget about the rough edges .

After staying in a number of hotels in Edinburgh, Novotel Edinburgh Park is definitely of highest quality in this price range. The location is perfect if you are working outside of the city but want to still experience the city centre at night. Edinburgh Park train station and tram stop are very close to the hotel with frequent services to neighbouring towns and Waverley station (city centre). The train is quickest to Waverley at only 9 mins and costs as little as £2.70 at super off peak times for a return ticket. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There are hundreds of channels on the 55” TVs. The beds are comfy and there is a temperature regulator fan (not air conditioning). The bathrooms are clean and well furnished. Executive rooms get some more toiletries than standard rooms. Some rooms have baths and some have stand-in showers. (Maybe you can note your preference when booking) Breakfast is definitely worth paying for. There’s a huge selection of food options, something for everyone. Hot food and continental style breakfast is offered and is a buffet style. The restaurant is large but can be very busy in the evenings. Car parking is offered at a member rate (Accor ALL account holders) of £6 per day. I would rate the hotel very highly, after staying here a number of times over the past few months and with more bookings in the not so distant future. I look forward to returning!

Had a great stay while in Edinburgh with the family for a weekend. A nice big clean family room, nice quiet rooms and location, takes no time at all to get into the centre of the city; the breakfasts were great! Special mention to Paige, who along with Dan organised and decorated the room with some balloons and banners for my wife's birthday; special wee touches like that really were appreciated! Friendly staff were always helpful and accommodating. While we were there with the kids, I'll likely book again for our next trip to Edinburgh given it's location and ease of getting into the city centre.
