"The hotel is cheap and cheerful, very basic, a confy bed, clean bedding, clean room, breakfast is edible, and a decent choice to be fair, staff are really lovely.. However, the walls are as thin as cardboard. The first room I was in, I could hear the people as clear as day talking about relatives, as if they were in my room! ... The management then moved me (with no argument whatsoever) to another upgraded room.. And in that room all I could hear from the next room was VERY loud snoring and farting.
It was a cheap one night sleep.. made a bit expensive with the £15 overnight parking"
"It was a very small room and next to a pub so it was quite loud on a Saturday evening up until early Sunday morning
We had a flight so the location was great.
It’s affordable as well so good for using it just to sleep"
"This hotel is located just a short walk away from the train station and shops. The room was good and the shower very good. Breakfast was also good. I would recommend thus hotel"
"I loved the fact you could walk to and from the hotel and Arrivals/ Departures along a designated walkway, no more worrying about shuttles or taxis. And a real person to check you in, that is so valuable. Pleasant staff too. Room very clean, I am happy with stay, I would recommend it."
"The hotel is the closest to the airport. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were so friendly. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, I was really pleased. They even have an airport departures board in the hotel. I highly recommend it."
"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and the nightstand were also friendly. Only downside was rhat there was no bar in the hotel ir a place to get any refreshments but otherb rhab. That it was a good cheap budget friendly hotel and for the money I paid I can't really complain"
"A very adequate stay with a great location. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience with everything you need for a short trip."
"Traveling with two friends, we booked a triple room, but it turned out to be incredibly small. We could barely open two 26-inch suitcases, which completely blocked the aisle, leaving no room to move. Luckily, our third friend didn't have a suitcase. The room didn't offer complimentary drinking water, and we didn't want to drink tap water. Exhausted from our layover, we went downstairs to the bar and bought two bottles – they were the size of beer bottles and cost an exorbitant £4.5 each. The only thing worth commending was the free printing service for the Ryanair check-in documents that Trip.com helped us with, although the airport didn't actually require them."
"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."
"Late to the hotel due to the flight delay and delay from Gdansk, anyway, hotel room is great and available for late check out with £10/hr, reasonable, and have a good sleep.Anyway, you may call a taxi to go to the hotel, a but inconvenient that you know Luton airport is really inconvenient."
