"For how cheap this booking was, didn’t have the highest of expectations but very impressed! Was clean, room was a good size and comfortable, and had good wifi/tv facilities"
"Good location. Really nice hotel. Self check in available. Swimming pool was great.
Breakfast was bit disappointing for this sort of hotel. Just basic English breakfast. No option of fresh vegetables and cheese."
"The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay."
"The first time I visited this hotel, I felt good, the room was comfortable and the service was good. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator, and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage to the second floor."
"The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though."

"The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D"
"The hotel is quite dated and our room had damaged curtains and rail. The rooms had yale keys (not access card) and there were no usb chargers which you expect these days. However, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was really comfy and a good powerful shower. Overall a great stay for the price."
