"1. Doorbell not function 2. Lobby still under renovation 3. Swimpool circulation wasnt on,the pool ended very dirty 4. Chair was broken,resulted my husband fell from the chair 5. Floor inside room some dirty found  6. Water flooded outside the bathing area 7.beach in the morning was in very low tide,couldnt swim in the beach 8. The ocean not as good as in tanjung tinggi or tanjung kelayan 9. Restaurant options only 1 (next to hotel),far from anywhere,no public transportation nor taxi or uber or grab"

"the receptionist service is friendly and fast...the barber room is big and clean...the breakfast menu is very varied and very tasty...there is a swimming pool, children can swim...it just so happens that when you arrive there is a gala dinner...extraordinarily lively and the food what is served is also very delicious..."

"The location of this Hotel was very eccentric and it was very convenient to walk from it by foot. Also as I plan to see some interesting geological locations on the island during my day trip to Belitung, receptionist has helped me to organise Rental Car. I didn’t eat at the hotel, but I’m sure it would be good as well."

"We loved the hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very clean and new! The pool was very good. And the whole hotel was very beautiful and quite luxurious, but since it’s a very ecological resort you will find many signs of it. The beach was very good in the morning but it seemed that in the afternoon because of the currents a bit of trash came to shore. The only think that maybe lacked was that there were no places to seat and relax on the beach and only in the pool. But overall really good! We will come back again."

"A good base for exploring Belitung. Its northern location offers easy access to the best beaches and most beautiful tours. The hotel features a nice pool and is beachfront, though the immediate beach isn't very appealing due to its shallow waters. For stunning beaches, you'll need to venture out a bit. Both the breakfast and the restaurant are decent, which is good as there aren't many other dining options nearby. Our room was spacious and had a large bathroom. The service and staff were excellent. A positive experience overall."

"It 's one of the best hotels in my age, just 11 simple, spacious nice houses drowning in flowers and greens, located in a quiet place, a little far from other hotels, all next, beach, pool, cafe (always been the Internet), houses spacious, Condei in general all convenience and at a normal price. Food in the restaurant certainly not for meat eaters, mainly seafood (very deliciously cooked), the assortment is not very large, but hungry definitely won't stay. The most important attitude, the staff of the hotel - very friendly people, respond to any requests, in our company one girl had a birthday, so they were prepared for congratulations, prepared a cake, and congratulated with us) If we fly again to Belitung, only there!!!"

"Location of this hotel is in city center so in term of location, this hotel is perfect. Surrounding the hotel have lots of street vendor and close to the Satam Food Court that had street music performance every night and on Saturday and Sunday morning. Will be back again to this hotel although the hotel is not very clean (the bed sheet is not very clean), no much service and no much facilities as this is 3 star hotel"
