It's been my very first tim stay in Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel . The Hotel Consep are super unique with an old sundanese style . From the fisrt moment we're check in by the Guest Relation Officer Ms. Ria Julia we had momerable stay untill we check out . She always checked on us in every occasion to see what we needed that make us really enjoy our stay . The most profesional person, frendly, and also a good listener. Her service are frist class i would come back to stay for the very nice treatment .

I don't know where to start with my review of Harris Hotel. The room was fabulous and clean, and the food was delicious. My family loved it as well. The mall is literally inside the hotel, so you just walk for 1 minute and you are at the mall. It's easy to find whatever you want for family and kids, from entertainment to food. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities offered by the hotel are top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the modern facilities. I did not have the chance to try the spa or the massage, but I will definitely try them out when I book again at Harris Hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. Great job!

Thank you for the complimentary cake 🙏🏻😍 Only 1 problem is the smell of urine from the bathroom (the source seems to be from the bathroom hexos which either works or not).. But overall it's pretty ok for staying here...

A budget friendly hotel with minimal amenities. The room was fair, minor stains on the bed sheets and the towels were old. There were international channels on the TV with no smart TV function. Breakfast was decent for a budget hotel. Mainly indonesian food. You will need to pay addition 100K rp to use the pool shared with Harris hotel. Overall good for transiting if you just need a place to rest for the night.

The guest house is quite difficult to find although easily accessible by car because of it's location inside a housing complex. Asking security the direction/using navigation app should solve it. The interior design feels vibrant with the combination of colourful and rich furnitures. The bedroom and shower room are very clean. The only amenities they provided are soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. As for the breakfast itself... it was OK, although not suitable for my taste. The only downside for my point of view is in the evening, many youngsters would hang out on the porch, having conversations and smoking while the room itself is not completely soundproof nor smokeproof. Overall, it's a recommended place to stay either for business trip, vacation, or short stay. Oh! Don't forget there is a small kitten ready to accompany :)

The place is close to the city center, the rooms are comfortable. The staff is alert if you need additional needs. Recommended

Budget hotel. The slight downside is that the cigarette smoke in the middle room on the 3rd floor is very heavy and smelly, there are windows but they are not opened. Maybe there are guests who have smoked there because it is prohibited in the room. Room cleanliness, bed linen, AC are all okay. Location on a big road but not in the city center. Free drinking water is provided in gallons. Going up to the 3rd floor there are no stairs.

From the outside of the hotel it looks ordinary, but when it comes inside, it turns out that the atmosphere is comfortable, the meeting room is also large and nice, the room design is interesting, the staff is friendly and good, quick to ask for help
