"This hotel and cafe is within walking distance of Borobudur.
It's in a very quiet location and easy to find – the cafe is right next to the road.
Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room that day for some reason. I tried asking the owner, and he recommended waiting three minutes, but the water never came.
Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, so I had to work in the cafe.
Otherwise, the owner was very warm and pleasant, and the food was delicious – I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there.
It's quiet, but I was awakened at 4 a.m. by loud Muslim prayers because there's a mosque nearby.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and had a good rest. The room and bed were clean. Thank you for your hospitality"
"Very beautiful place surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They also organized breakfast for a very reasonable price. I hope I can come back one day."
"The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. We were travelling in Indonesia with my grandparents but my grandpa was unlikely got hit by a motorcycle. His condition was very serious. The hotel staff spontaneously went to the hospital to help us and gave us a lot of useful information. They also bought us food and drinks. We are really grateful to have them with us during those difficult times as we do not speak Indonesian and obviously we were under great stress. Their assistance relieved us. They even tried their very best to find someone who can speak Chinese to see if they can offer us help.
Moreover, they offered a free hotel room just in case we were unable to transfer to a bigger hospital in Yogyakarta. Their hotel may not be the best in the town but their warmness and hospitality far exceeded any five star hotel I have stayed before."
"It's a very rare non-view hotel among the hotels. It was a bungalow accommodation in the middle of the rice field. There is no restaurant around, so you have to eat dinner at the hotel. Although the food is priced, I like it because it is made with fresh ingredients. Especially in Islamic countries, beer can be ordered, so I ate it very much It was nice to give unlimited delicious coffee that was dull but not used.
But maybe it's because the entrance to the softer is different. It's a long way to walk. We called grapp and rode a tuk-tuk when we came.
The accommodation is quiet and quiet, so it is good to heal, but once it gets dark, it is difficult to get out of the accommodation."
"This time I went to Borofutu, and went up the mountain at about four o'clock to watch the sunrise and 8:30 tickets. The hotel is a homestay, but it is very clean. Gas water heater, the water temperature is right, and the shoes need to be taken off outside. It is very close to the Borofutu scenic spot from here. You can use it, there are supermarkets and snack streets around. By the way, I think of watching the sunrise on the mountain and finding a motorcycle driver to get off the bus. They will take you to the place to buy tickets for the mountaineering. The fare has to be talked about by yourself."

"A bit off, a little far away from the town, don't even think about walking to the town, there are farmhouses, and then farmland, but the pool room can see Borobudur, although a bit small. The rooms are about 7-8 villas. They are not big, they should not be regular hotels, and there are not many residents, like private homes. The proprietress is of Chinese descent from a snake, a big dog brought back by Italy, and the service staff are all females, which is quite enthusiastic. Unfortunately, the TV has to be charged separately, similar to domestic Internet TV programs. In short, except for the inconvenient transportation and nothing around, it is not bad. Can help call a taxi to the scenic area, it seems 150K round trip."
"Amazing place. Very beautiful territory, the hotel has designer interior, comfortable rooms, helpful and hospitable staff. Delicious and varied food. Great view from the windows."

GGuest UserWonderful place with fantastic people a little bit of the beaten track. The room was spotless the best place I've stayed in so far original Indonesia for sure ♥️♥️♥️
CCHINWAIThis is an Indonesian-style leisure hotel, the location is very good, the main attractions are within walking distance. There are convenience stores, restaurants, bicycle rental shops, snack stalls around the opposite. .
There is a museum in this hotel that houses a number of shadow puppets. On the last Saturday of the month, we will do a free show for everyone.
Whether you are a family or a couple, it is a great place to stay.
GGuest UserLovely stay at Gade Village, the people's hospitality was off the charts, if I had time I would have stayed longer. They helped me a lot.
The location is isolated enough to enjoy rural environment yet close enough to be at Borobudur's entrance in 5 minutes by motorbike.
The amenities and cleanliness are just enough(I get allergic if something is not clean and I didn't get any problems there) but it's not for everyone's taste as it's in the nature, you have to love cute gecko.
The breakfast and lunch was good.
AAndy_CNUKThe location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was walking distance from the Borobudur temple area. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived (although their English wasn't perfect that wasn't an issue)! And the room was lovely. It felt like my own private little villa. I would happily stay here again if I was going to stay for longer in Bali and use it as a place to relax by the beautiful swimming pool.
GGuest UserLocation is great, only 5 mins walk to Borobudur Temple. The staff are friendly and helpful but not all can speak English. Room is simple and basic. We can chat via WhatsApp no need to go to reception counter. I borrowed ironing board and iron and the staff brought them over and helped me to set-up nicely for me. Like the kampung environment with rooster waking me up every morning. Must turn on electric mosquito repellent, second night I forgot to on it I got 2 mosquito bites. Breakfast is basic but suffice for me. I chose American breakfast but excluding sausages. Fresh juice also included in breakfast. Those items in the menu are so affordable, I ordered fried tempeh and Javanese herbal drink, really nice.
TTuya22I had a delightful stay at this small family home stay. Tomo and his wife were incredibly sweet, always accessible, and genuinely helpful. Opting for the deluxe room was a great choice – clean, and the daily cleaning option was appreciated. The traditional breakfast was delicious and healthy. The proximity to Borobudur temple and local eateries, combined with a quiet atmosphere, made the location great. A few minor suggestions for improvement include proper netting on ventilator holes in the room, fixing the squeaky bathroom door, and loud noises from the bathroom air con. Overall, a lovely place with a welcoming family touch.
路路Very distinctive hotel, quiet service staff are very enthusiastic, the whole hotel is not easy to find in the mountains, but walking into the hotel feels like an outdoor Taoyuan. Because all the air in the tropics is humid and the hotel occupies a large area, some locations are not well maintained, but the overall feeling is good. The plateau is cold at night and does not require air conditioning, but the quilt is a bit damp. There is a small courtyard outside the room where you can sit down and drink and chat, but the door lock is broken because it is too late and there is no request to change the room. It was already 10 o'clock to the hotel and I went the wrong way. After check-in, I went to the restaurant for dinner. There are not many varieties and it tastes good. Breakfast is also very simple and has Southeast Asian characteristics. The taste is also good, I prefer the original ecological experience. Very satisfied will recommend friends to stay.
GGuest UserYou can see the borobudur from the hotel. Outside the hotel is a cropland. There are no Chinese tourists. Foreigners seem to like this place, but it takes 40 minutes to walk to the scenic spots. It's a little far away and you have to take a taxi.
Hotel dining prices are not cheap, especially beer.
Listening to music from afar in the swimming pool at night, watching the starry sky is still very enjoyable.
