Hotels in Central Bogor

"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "Comfortable Stay, but Lobby Needs Better Ventilation I stayed at Savero Style Hotel Bogor and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located in the city, right in front of the main road—very convenient for getting around Bogor. The lobby area is spacious and nicely designed, but unfortunately, it felt quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning running during my visit, and the ventilation could really be improved. It made waiting in the lobby a bit uncomfortable, especially in the Bogor heat. On a positive note, the room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, and everything felt fresh and tidy. If the hotel could improve the air circulation or keep the air conditioning on in the lobby, it would really enhance the overall guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay in Bogor for comfort and convenience."

"Cozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰"

"The hotel facilities are well kept.Fantastic 360º high floor views overlooking Bogor area. Many intetesting retaurants and eating houses are close by. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Shopping malls and China town are not too far. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay golfing trips."

"The hotel boasts a unique and cozy design. Its location is excellent, with easy access to everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find a street vendor selling incredibly delicious *bubur* (rice porridge) right outside in the mornings. The only downside was the bed, which was starting to get uncomfortable with a noticeable sag in the middle. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"My only complaint was on Sunday morning, there were many inconsiderate smokers in the pool area, which had many children, despite the hotel's clear no-smoking signs. Everything else was excellent and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant prices were very reasonable."

"Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. "The hotel was good. This is my second time staying here. Both the facilities and service were good, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was much better than dinner, which was a bit underwhelming. Coincidentally, there was an event during dinner, and I even won a lucky draw prize! 😁"

"My staycation at The Mirah Hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments like Chocomory, Starbucks, local eateries (for Pecel Ayam), Fat Bubble, and more. However, it would be great if they could consider providing basic amenities such as combs, cotton buds, and shampoo, as these were not available."

"Best budget hotel.. Love it. Always stay in it. No nonsense rooms.. Clean and comfortable bed.. Fast Internet.. Walking distance to malls and shops.. Just outside are domino's and macdonalds... What else you want.. And yeah.. Bed and linen are best things about this place."
