"Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top."

"My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience."

"Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time."

"Stayed for 2 nights in Room 703. ➕ Plus: • Great location, 7 mins to Simpang Lima and directly connected to Queen City Mall, which has many good restaurants and shops. • Good value for money considering the facilities and location in Semarang. • Complete in-room amenities: washing machine, large fridge, microwave, stove, plates, and cooking utensils, very convenient for family stays or longer visits. • Smooth check-in process, and no deposit required. ➖ Minus: • Electricity went on and off more than 8 times during my stay. The outage was short each time, but it disturbed our convenience, especially when charging devices. • A flying cockroach came out from the upper side of the wardrobe cupboard. I reported it to the staff. • Breakfast restaurant is quite small and often crowded, with limited menu choices. • Room is not soundproof, noise from the streets and the train can be clearly heard, even until midnight."

"The hotel room is clean, the bathroom is clean and comfortable. The shower has strong hot and cold water. The breakfast is varied and delicious.👍"

"I had spent 5 days in this hotel . Next door is the shopping mall and you can find all the things you need. The breakfast was nice and had many choices. Although the hotel is not new, and location is in the center of the city, the room was surprisingly clean and quiet. Sure I will stay in this hotel when I return to Semarang again."

"The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme)."

"Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood. Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary. Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time."

The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others."
