"A large hotel with over 200 rooms on the same property as the Lombok Raya Hotel. A somewhat older hotel, therefore, with lovely, spacious rooms and a shower. Rooms have a desk, sofa, and a large balcony for two people. There's no refrigerator in the Deluxe room, but there is a closet and kettle with accessories.
A large swimming pool, which I would have preferred to see in the large garden, which isn't used. The pool is currently located between two high-rise apartment buildings, so all the noise goes up. People chatting and children screaming at 5 a.m. wake you up, not to mention the mosque that starts at 4 a.m. and stays that way for an hour.
The staff is always friendly, as are the trainees Aulia, Putri, and Chacha...they do a great job.
The breakfast buffet is extensive, but please don't mix milk with water again; it's tasteless."

"The price is cheap, it's clean, and the service is great! There's also an airport shuttle service, so it's easy to get there. There's a laundry right next door, and this is a great laundry place. I think I'll visit again next time I go to Lombok."

"The swimming pool is very good, very suitable for swimming and resting at night. The room hygiene is average, and mineral water is not provided, which is not good! I hope it will be improved in the future and consider the customer experience."

"Hotel facilities The room facilities are average, but there is a balcony, which is nice for cooling off in the car at night. There is nothing else attractive about it. There is one big drawback, which can be ignored by those who like to get up early. There is a mosque next to it that starts chanting at about 4 o'clock. The great lama seems to be right in the window, which makes it hard to sleep. The breakfast is OK."

"The room is very spacious, the network is very good, and the service attitude is OK. But the conditions for office are very poor, the height of the table and chairs is basically the same, and the surface is dirty; the meal is a very simple local meal, there is no swimming pool, the above conditions are far from the three-star hotel."

"Overall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them."
