"I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service."

"As premium Hotel, it's organised clean and very good location. Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes. The staff friendly,"

"I was here last week. Firstly was afraid because there are no reviews.. but everything is great, hot water, clean rooms, locations is not far from waterfalls, breakfast is good, but do not have many choices. they dont have AC but I think you do not need, kinda cool temperature in that place"

"The room is decent but the towel is a bit smelly, not that clean. The corridor's carpet too old so the look is dirty, need replacement. The breakfast is very indonesian although they also provide bread. The bread quite dry and they offer margarine instead of butter, chocolate sprinkles and unknown spread. The fruit is very limited. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all guests' vehicles. The last day of my stay there were 2 big buses parked in that small parking lot. I could not sleep well as the noise from the vehicles pass by. This is inevitable as they also admit it. But the hospitality is very nice."

"This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits."

"The hotel used to be a luxurious hotel with a wide range of facility from pool, tennis court, restaurant, etc.. It is non air conditioned but have a very pleasant weather.. room includes daily breakfast (a buffet of fried rice, noodle, and sunny side up)"

"This is a mature tourist area, there are many hotels, the competition is fierce, and life is very convenient. It's a slow pace here, and the restaurant outside closes early in the evening. This hotel is very affordable at this price, the room is big, the air is very good, the view here is also very beautiful, there are two mountains nearby. The hotel's free breakfast, although not many types, but full of fried rice, eggs and coffee. There are not many guests in the hotel, the small garden grass is very good, and the drone flew by the way. You have to drive by yourself here, and the main road has to drive several slopes to go up. The slopes in Indonesia look so steep, narrow and steep."
