"Everything was okay, but there was an incident where someone knocked on the door and thought that we were only staying for a day, but in fact we were staying for 2 days. Not only was there a knock, the staff even entered using their own hotel door access, which was very unethical and disturbed our privacy."

"Went for staycation with my sisters and our kids. It is a new hotel so every corner is still brand new. Love the interior, but sadly the shower drainage was a bit clogged so our bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and we loved their waffles. We were there when long weekend so the hotel was packed with families with kids. They only have 2 lifts, meanwhile they have rooms from 8th to 21st floor. You can imagine how packed the lift queue."
