"This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep."

"Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅. For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food. Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge. Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull. Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍"

"Hotel staff are awesome. Helpful and friendly. Room is spacious. Only problem are the toilet which are very slippery. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay if u want hotel that close to mall and great hospitality."

"This hotel quiet and clean. Furthermore good service and facilities , nearby there is shopping centre 2 minutes walking distance. The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, the breakfast variety for options, the staff friendly Specially ADI receptionist excellent , service."

"⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience."

"Awalnya aku agak ragu untuk booking di sini, tapi Patra Hotel Bandung beneran bikin cukup puas!!!Meskipun ukurannya kecil dan fasilitasnya terbatas, ternyata nyaman juga buat staycation. Yang paling berkesan itu kolam renangnya, apalagi ada bagian yang airnya hangat—sempurna buat weekend santai. Sayangnya, gymnya agak memprihatinkan, cuma ada 2 treadmill tua dan 1 sepeda, itupun di ruangan terbuka tanpa AC. Kalau mau olahraga, mungkin lebih baik jalan-jalan di sekitar Bandung aja, haha. Kamarnya standar, agak berbau kamar lama, tapi mereka nyediain air purifier yang membantu banget. Amenities-nya sederhana banget, cuma ada shampoo dan sabun kecil. Tapi yang bikin betah itu sarapannya! Enak-enak,. Cuma ada satu stand yang agak aneh (gudeg dan nasi liwet) itu rata-rata semua lauk asin banget."

"A hidden cute boutique hotel that passes its prime but if maintenance is done properly... It will be a good GEM 💎 . Nearby to eateries and spa outlets. In a quiet street for which you will get a good night sleep. Food was great breakfast and restaurant But the toilet smell of sewage at time... And stain on sofa.. for which a reupholstered to a darker tone of color will do good"
