"Your staffs must learn how to be flexible ! I intend to buy a dinner for my wife , three daughters and three grand children on the International Women Day , so I thought of your cafeteria. I saw a promotion of 175,000 rp. but not on that day , so I checked with the lobby and the restaurant staff for any discounts , No. was the reply . BTW I was staying in your hotel for three days for vacation. One of your manager want me to join Santika members to get the discount. !!!"

"Wow, so glad we decided to stay at the Margo. Great location, everything at your door step. TEhe staff were amazing, always ready to help, nothing was a bother. The room was first class, very clean and well looked after. The bed was super comfy, the TV reception was a bit in out, but understandable when you us wifi. Highly recommend that if your in Depok this is your first choice, yes a bit more, but way worth it. Breakfast was great, plenty of selections to be had both Indonesian and Western."

"The staff is so kind and always smile even when we need help for anything. Always greetings when we were going outside the mall via lobby, and the staff when it's breakfast too. The breakfast is so good, the clean is perfect, cozy bedroom, cozy pillow, cozy sofa. The minus maybe just about the facilities of room, I don't think the TV is smart TV (?), and maybe for the advice.. Can be 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, not 2 TV in the same room. Because would be more good to be just 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, or can be 2 TV plus 1 Mini Fridge because I think it's a bit important for hotel room. Overall is good, I'm enjoying this hotel and would be nice to come again in the next chances. Thanks!"
