"Jujur kalau ke Garut bakalan nginep disini lagi ternyata seworth it ituu dong, next kalau kesini better sama temen atau keluarga bakalan seru banget meskipun lokasinya lumayan dari kota tapi perjalanan kesana seseru itu kanan kiri perkebunan dan dikelilingi pegunungan best la. Ehh sedikit masukan aja kemarin pas check in ketemu sama yang jaga cewe itu kaya kurang komunikasinya cuma kasih kunci terus kasih tau villanya nomer berapa itu ajaa, better jelasin peraturannya gimanaa kan lebih enak sama showernya kecil banget bisa kali diperbaiki atau diganti thank you"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa and a table. We even received an upgrade upon check-in to a room with mountain and Tropicana (waterpark) views. The infinity pool was also excellent, offering stunning mountain vistas. The location is superb, right next door to Ciplaz Mall and Tropicana Waterpark. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, highly recommended."

"Great place, clean with great service and we loved the breakfast. We did not mind that there is no wifi; my wife and I were happy to just talk with eachother but we can understand that it's a bit of a drawback for others so we gave it 4 smileys. We will definitely come back here! 👍"

"It's really good, worth it because it includes breakfast for 2 people. Plus it's clean and fragrant. The only drawback is that in the bathroom, the curtain between the toilet and the shower should be cleaned regularly. Because if it's wet, it looks yellow, making it look less clean. The rest is really good. Same for coffee, add powdered creamer like packaged sugar. So that it's not just sugar."

"See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”. But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!"

"We asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again."

"The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible."

"The place is right around the intersection of Cipanas Tarogong Kaler, just as Indomaret. It's not difficult to find. Although in the middle of the city, the lalin is not noisy. The hotel is comfortable, the concept is unique like a cluster complex with a car port next to it. Inside there is a stove and tableware plus simple cooking but arranged in the kitchen. The staff is meticulous and not difficult to ask for help. if you are busy in the room,you can go for a walk behind there are mini aviary,playground,shooting field,and a place to relax. Basic amenities, wifi is on, the toilet is smooth, but the water heater only turns on at night. When it doesn't turn on in the morning, although the water is not very cold. breakfast has yellow rice with fried chicken side dishes,fried noodles,and bottled juice. overall,satisfied with the hotel and the concept is unique,a complex with a touch of military ornaments there and here."
