Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Treasure Hotel looks like a manor. It has complete facilities inside. The hot water is very large and hot. The bed is super comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Although there is a slight language barrier, they tried their best to use translation software to help us arrange laundry, express delivery, etc. Serve. We set off to Borobudur early in the morning, and the hotel packed breakfast, which was quite exquisite. It's very close to the train station, about ten minutes' walk. There's a treasured shoe store opposite, picture 4, worth a visit.
Tiga Lima is an excellent hotel, we got room Avon. A large room with four poster bed, desk, spacious and nice bathroom. The advantage of the four-poster bed was that there was a mosquito net hanging around the bed. If you are bothered by mosquitoes, you can close the curtains of the mosquito net and keep the mosquitoes out. Bed linen and towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The air conditioning worked fine and we had a small terrace in front of our house (room) overlooking the pool and garden. Tiga Lima is a very cozy hotel with cheerful service, you can see that they enjoy their work. The breakfast offered a choice of 7 different breakfasts each day and all were tasty, accompanied by coffee or tea along with fruit juice and fresh fruit salad. The reception worked neatly and efficiently, they ordered our taxis without hesitation. The pool was cleaned often and was neat. The abundant garden was also well kept.
the location is decent, the area is a bit congested during the day
friendly service
get welcome drink (bottle)
good hygiene
enough facilities
but get a room with a balcony, without lights, it's very dark at night
the rest is good
it's been the 3rd time to New Saphir.

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Swiss Belboutique Yogyakarta! The breakfast spread was great and our stay was really comfortable. Without a doubt, we will choose to stay with Swiss Belboutique when we’re in Yogyakarta again.
PPEICHANI have a great stay in FaveHotel Malioboro. The only downside is there is no fitness room and the mosque is beside the hotel. Every morning we will be awaken by the prayers. Other than that, everything is good, near to Malioboro street. In addition ,I would like to give compliment to Miss April and the hotel driver. Miss April was really helpful and caring. I fell down when I jogged on 28/8, the staff immediately called the driver to fetch me to the 24 hours clinic. The driver help me to get the medicine and pay the medical fees first as I didn't bring money to the clinic. Miss April helped me to purchase the train tickets to Yogyakarta International Airport as I was not able to do the online payment. I really feel warm. All the staff are well manner, there provide welcome drinks and every floor has a free water cooler. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Train Station. Thanks again to Favehotel Malioboro! If I come again, I will choose to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe stay experience was great. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was warmly received by Fernanda, who took me to the restaurant of the hotel to experience the free refreshments and tea provided by the local hotel. We had a long conversation together. Fernanda was very sweet and sincere, and patiently answered many of my questions. I also learned about the local life in Indonesia through this opportunity, which was a great experience. Also experienced the hotel Spa, also very good ~ have the opportunity to come to Indonesia again will choose this hotel.
OOdyssey44458100555Everything. This family run private hotel exceeded all expectations and started our 3 week Indonesia trip with a bang. We stayed in the junior suite. From arranging the accommodation, communication on day of arrival and throughout our stay, service was superb. The breakfast was amazing, the room was stunning, clean and air conditioned, it was exactly what we needed after 30 hours travelling. The location is much quieter than the centre which was perfect for us, yes the call to prayer can be heard early in the morning but given Java is a predominantly Muslim island, it is to be expected and lasts a few minutes, if Muslim call to prayer gives you cause to complain, I would avoid Indonesia altogether. The pictures do not do this beautiful hotel justice, the pool was such a welcome relief. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay. The staff could not do enough, excellent all round and even gave us a lift to train station on the morning we departed. I wish we had booked longer and was sad to leave.
GGuest UserAll staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb!
I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs.
Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.
Rrama09I stayed in a Deluxe room, and here's my brief review: The Positive is -the room is spacious once, really big for a small hotel size, the price is even affordable -drinking water facilities, television, phone, closet. Really okay - a thick sponge, and a socket available enough to charge as well as there is a work desk - clean and wide bathrooms - breakfast is pretty good though a bit limited, the place is comfortable even small - strategic location, close to the LPP and the Empire cinema, On Solo Street. - Parking is available enough because there is a basement even though there is no elevator to go upstairs. - eating breakfast until 10am on the embassy too. negative point -the bathroom door uses glass but its sandblast is holding (stained glass), so the active people do in quite visible. -not all rooms have windows especially the back or superior. Don't be shy to ask for the window -the hotel is a bit steep with the stairs, there are even the ramp is also quite steep -can't park with a car because the parking on the street is very limited -staff check in at the beginning is very rude, Luckily the next day is not a jerk Overall, I'm quite satisfied
GGuest UserWe decided to book this hotel because its location is not too far from home and close to shopping area, so I guess it's perfect for a short stay-cation to celebrate my daughter's birthday with my families. I contact them via Instagram and their response is fast and very helpful. The room is convenient, nice and clean but not too soundproof. They also have a pool, located behind the restaurant which is nice but kids need to be supervised because the depth is 1,5m. The staff are very attentive, they try to accommodate our request as best as their could. Breakfast is buffet, but it's mandatory for guest to wear plastic glove due to the new health protocol. Breakfast options may vary from cereals to rice, noodles, chicken, pudding, egg to made by request and many more. Surprisingly the taste is very nice, considering the affordable rate that we get. Overall, we do not regret to book this hotel, nice staff, room, food and ambiance.
EEdward AlizarIn general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).
Oo_kameswaraFor those who will spend their activities mostly out of the hotel, Sagan Huis is affordable and adequate for you to crash in. The room is spacious and not too shabby, although a little bit old. The shower is not hot, the bed is not as comfy as you imagined, the breakfast menu is minimum, there are mosquitos in the room, and a bit noisy in the ground floor. But hey, you get what you've paid for.
