"During my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space. However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience. In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to."
