"This is my favourite transit hotel from my hometown to overseas. The hotel is near the airport although it takes around 30 minutes to and from the airport. There are many food shopas there and laundry shops, alfamart, indomaret, lawsons and coffee shops as well. The environment is quite clean and safe."
"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a minimarket just across the building and plenty of restaurants nearby. The price is affordable, but that shouldn’t mean compromising on cleanliness and basic amenities.
Issues I experienced during my stay:
• No floor mat provided
• Only one towel was given on the first day
• Weak water pressure from the shower
• Trash bin had no plastic liner
• Bathroom door was broken and a bit hard to close properly"
"Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify.
Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style.
There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in.
Check out was fast"
"This hotel was accomodated by my helper who was stranded to come in. This hotel has charter service to the airport and most importantly they were helpful and friendly. "
"The elevator house is like a large apartment with many rooms. There are cabinets, chairs, tables, small bedside tables, a very old TV and a small refrigerator. I don't know how to adjust the hot water. It disappears after a little washing. There are some ants. The air conditioner remote control needs to be pressed hard to respond. The price is cheap, but the bed is too smelly. The mattress, pillow and quilt all smell. It's like mold and the smell of oil and mold after sleeping for a long time without washing and drying. The pillow core, quilt core and mattress all have this smell. It smells even stronger when you take off the pillowcase. I asked the waiter to help me change the pillow, but he took it away and brought it back, saying that there was no more. It was intact, but the pillowcase was sprayed with perfume and given to me again. I used my clothes as a pillow when I slept, and barely covered myself with the quilt. I couldn't stand it. I really don't know if it has been used for decades or what. In fact, the furniture inside is quite complete. It would be good as long as the whole set of bedding is thrown away and replaced with new ones."
"Check was easy.. about 20 minutes drive to airport..many food options and minimarket nearby. Recommended to stay here before early morning flight."
