"Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!"

I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. "I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays."

"I stayed here as a solo traveler and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. The location is also great, close to the BSD area. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!"

"The room is large, but the decoration is old and smelly. The bedding is stained. Someone came to change it in time after calling. There is a school opposite and it is a 10-minute drive from the exhibition center. The breakfast is very rich and has many varieties. There are also freshly cooked rice noodles, noodles, etc., but the lighting in the restaurant is too dim. Due to special reasons, I need to return to China early.
