"Incredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation."

"4 star hotel close to Tlogo putri tourist spot Actually this hotel is good, it has quite spacious rooms in the deluxe type and there is also a balcony, the service here is also friendly, it is very unfortunate that the cleanliness is very bad. When entering the room, I saw dirty linen and it seemed that it had not been replaced, there were stains and there was hair on the mattress even though we had not used it at all for the mattress. The floor seemed not to be cleaned properly, there was a lot of hair left in the room, there were many spots on the worn-out walls, there were many cobwebs on the walls, dust that was still stuck, the glasses in the room which I thought were dirty when they were replaced were still dirty, the officer only said that everything was like that because the glasses were old. This is really bad regarding cleanliness. In fact, if this hotel is well maintained, it would be good. The housekeeping team and hotel management must immediately fix this. With a fairly high price, what you get is very lacking. In my opinion, breakfast is also ordinary, nothing special"

"The place and location is very good, located near Ullen Sentalu Museum which is great museum and surroundings with other tourist spots. The contour of this place is great, the beautiful chapel, the wide field with 'borobudur like' stage, the restaurant (joglo style), the pool, the glamping where we can set the bonfire to get warm and excited experience for kids, many options for the room styles, easy for car parking, the fog and mist, are all of the pro's you can get from this place. Ofcourse there are also some room for improvement which i had directly notes to the hotel. But overall the place is good, especially for family vacation."

"will be back again. Location is near many spots with beautiful views. In fact a viewing tower to see Mount Merapi is just right beside this accommodation. Convenience stores and banking services are accessible by foot along the main street. The owners are really friendly and would show you around the area whenever they have free time. Great value for money. I had a long stay just to enjoy my time in this quiet part of town, if you like to run there is a great route around this accommodation in the direction of Merapi too."
