"the room new a bit of manteinance  the bathroom door don’t close properly and the water from the shower end up in the bedroom. the room is slightly umid. the water from the tab smell of rust the swimming pool was not working when we arrive d very chaotic in the morning with lots of children running and screaming around the breakfast table  the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view. the bed very comfy. the staff where very nice and helpful. Buffet Breakfast with lots of choices"

"The location of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very good, however not perfect. While it was located at the Manado Town Square Mall, a great location as you could access many different necessary places from the hotel to the mall. However, the location of the hotel made it virtually inaccessible to any other top place in Manado, thus forcing us to use high amounts of automobiles to thoroughly travel throughout Manado. The cleanliness was nearly perfect, and whenever the services remade the rooms, it seemed unbeatable by any other hotel. The gym was kept very neat and many other facilities were clean. The service was amazing; quick and effective cleaning, helpfulness, respect/kindness, and responsiveness, all you could ever ask for from a hotel service. The pool was enjoyable, having a pool bar with a great view of the ocean and Manadotua Island, especially during the sunset. The gym was very accessible. Overall, the hotel was a 4.9/5 in my experience."

"many good things but somethings to be reviewed  like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared"

"The hotel is located in the central area of ​​Manado, opposite to a large shopping mall, supermarket, and convenience store. It has a complete range of restaurants and is affordable. The hotel rooms are small and have complete basic facilities. It is not suitable for bringing children. The rooms are cleaned every day and the service staff are very friendly. It takes 40 minutes to get to the airport."

"This hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view"

"Kondisi kamar okelah , tapi pas sampe kamar gak ada towel gak ada keset, lalu saya minta towel disuruh nunggu dulu pas dateng towelnya bolong. Sehari aja sih disini… untuk lokasi okelah banyak tempat makan tinggal jalan kaki aja"
