"Everything was perfectly nice only l can complain during check out time there was a unexpected surprise for me because they charged me a glass which was broken( l dropped it accidentally)$ 100.000 rupiah. Facilities like this ( A resort hotel ) could be charged a water drinking glass amount ridiculous 😞😞😞"

"There is a Harris free shuttle from Sekupang ferry terminal to hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and smiling. Our room Is Harris Seaview, its on the first level, so its easy acces to go in and out of the room. We had breakfast for two days, and the food they serving is just ok, im ok with it because i dont eat much for breakfast, just egg n toast is fine with me. For dinner, we have to order ala carte. Waiting time for food if you order ala carte take some time. It happened for both two nights we order dinner. But over all evrything is nice. The staff at the bar are nice, and the staff at the buffet as well. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much."

"i stay at dis resort on 19th to 22nd june and love it very much. My family also very happy with it. The service is very good .The place was clean and my kids love the swimming pool very much. The breakfast buffet is nice. Will be going to book again for my next trip"

"The location will be very difficult to find food. The rooms are very spacious like a football field. But not soundproof. Even if you book a non-smoking room, the smell will still creep in from outside. Hot water and water availability as well as shower and toilet facilities are very complete and flow well and adjustment is easy. There is liquid soap and a toothbrush and a small amount of typical hotel toothpaste but no shampoo. There are towels. Trash and tissue bins in the room are complete, both in the bathroom and at the table. The receptionists changed, some were friendly and cooperative, some were rude and arbitrary. Overall the hotel is not clean even though it is not in the very dirty category. No cockroaches compared to other hotels in the area at the same price. AC functions normally. There is a room light that doesn't work but it doesn't disturb the whole room. There are charging plugs in many spots, making activities very easy. Local TV channels and the rest is news but not a smart TV Overall it is still very good compared to others at this price but the location is not very strategic for backpackers and is comfortable for those who bring their own vehicles because the parking lot is very large."

"Locate along the roadside. Can be seen. Nearby opposite have a household shop, nothing to offer. Look like going to closed down. And a 98 foodcourts . At night along the road many stall selling BBQ fish.. In hotel room look small not from the picture becos a lot of pillars taking up the Space. Toilet very small , bathing must be careful . Water will splash into the clothes hanging area. To me is not worth staying here. Breakfast have to take grab to Penuin/ Nagoya area."

"Location a bit far to DBS shopping mall, had to a cab everytime to go out for food or shops. Facility in room is good, had all the utensil like microwave, refrigerator n coffee maker."
