"Easy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation. Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍"

"The facilities were surprisingly comprehensive, exceeding our expectations. We had hoped for a fully renovated room, but according to the hotel staff, only a few have been updated so far. Welcome drinks were available upon request. Both of the two rooms we booked were classic rooms (not yet renovated). The rooms were quite spacious with a nice garden view and a large TV. However, the furniture was dated, the top layer of plywood on the door was torn, and the parquet floor was uneven. While the bedsheets and bedcovers were clean, some had small holes. We were only provided with two bath towels and one bath mat, with no face towels. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a great view from the restaurant and a varied, delicious selection of food. Our child was allowed to play football on the lawn, and the pool, though small, had an exotic charm. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If the hotel undergoes a full renovation, we would definitely love to stay here again."

"Overall, everything was really good. From cleanliness to service, I think the only thing lacking in the room facilities is the lack of a mini fridge. For families with babies, it's a bit complicated to store breast milk/complementary food. But everything else is good 👍🏻"

"I requested a complimentary slice of cake for my child's birthday, but they refused to provide it, stating the birthday had already passed by one day. Instead, I was asked to pay 75,000 rupiah for it. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that last year, they had no problem providing it for free, even though the birthday was a week late."
