"Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request. Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya."

"Everything is good except for the room size. I have problem opening my luggage because of the small space. I even have to di my prayer on the bed because there’s no more space for to do that on the floor. I have to give credit to the staff. They are very accommodating and have sincere smiles. If not because of the space of the room, I would definitely atay there again."

"My first stay here was actually pretty decent. The service was quick and friendly, but it was a shame that the amenities weren't fully stocked and had to be requested. There's no phone in each room; only one is located near the elevator. The interior design was a bit too colorful, which was a little harsh on the eyes, haha."

"Clean, spacious, and very comfortable room. For the price of 613k, it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, check-in was a hassle. The older receptionist said that the booking details had to match the ID of the person checking in. It took a really long time, it was frustrating, and I ended up getting annoyed. However, other staff members were friendly and helped me with my bags to the room, even though I had a lot."

"The hotel is strategically located, especially if you bring your own car. The rooms are large, the amenities are amazing, the facilities are great, such as a children swimming pool and a small infinity pool, a gym, a child playground, and a restaurant. The breakfast options are also great with a lot of variation. The cleanliness, however, can be further improved: one of the four pillow sheet is a bit dirty, and the AC can be further maintained as it is not as cool as we expect. The best thing, however, is the price as it is not that expensive, making this hotel a great value for money."

"Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good."
