The dedication and friendliness of Ajay, Mahesh, and Geeta added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel right at home.

I recently had a reservation at 7 Monkey Hills Resort for October 24th, 2023, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately was far from satisfactory. A few days before my planned visit, I encountered a personal setback in the form of an accident. Understanding that circumstances can be unpredictable, I approached the resort not for a refund but to request a simple date change. To my surprise, I was informed that this was against their policy. In my subsequent interactions with Mr. Ashish from the reservation department, I politely requested a call from a manager to discuss the situation. Regrettably, my pleas were met with a rigid adherence to policy, and any attempt to seek understanding or flexibility was outright rejected. What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at 7 Monkey Hills Resort. Despite my circumstances, they refused to arrange a call from senior management, leaving me feeling not only unsupported but also undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this experience to caution others against choosing this establishment. The level of inflexibility, coupled with a complete lack of compassion, paints a grim picture of their customer service. I would strongly advise against booking with 7 Monkey Hills Resort, as their policies seem to prioritize strict adherence over basic customer understanding and support. It is my hope that this feedback prompts a reconsideration of customer service practices at 7 Monkey Hills Resort and serves as a warning for potential guests who expect a level of care and consideration that, unfortunately, I did not receive.

Loved the Natural Vibes said this Place and was Surprised to see the designs of the Rooms with Private Jacuzzi and Also Private Pool in Rooms. Food with Local Flavours and was very well presented and served, loved the Bharli Vangi with Chulivarchi Bhakari ! Dinner By the poolside with Bonfire was also arranged. Staff also was very Hospitable and courteous And ensure we had a Great time! Was a lovely time spent!
